Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a masonry method of natural stones integrated by machining so as not to find out a joint between both blocks of the natural stones as maximum as possible. SOLUTION: A floor board and a form are prepared for making them fit to the size of the whole construction spot, the main natural stones are arranged thereon, and a flexible partition plate is partitioned along the main natural stones in an uneven state at a place having a portable shape. Subsidiary natural stones are packed between both main natural stones to narrow spaces among the natural stones as minimum as possible. When the subsidiary natural stones are packed, gravel is paved under the subsidiary stones to pack the subsidiary stones by floating them from the floor board, and when the work is completed, the subsidiary natural stones can be recessed in comparison with the main natural stones. After the subsidiary natural stones have been packed, the main natural stones are connected to the subsidiary natural stones with cement mortar, and concrete is cast together with the partition plate to solidify.

Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a method for constructing a natural stone retaining wall made of natural stone and hardened with concrete. [0002] The conventional method of stacking natural stones has a problem that a gardener has to combine natural stones one by one at a construction site to stack up retaining walls, which is troublesome. A block method has been proposed. For example, JP-A-7-292639 and JP-A-11-35
0504 and the like. However, as shown in FIG. 5, such a masonry block simply embeds small gravel and sand grains in the joint portion 12 between adjacent natural stones 11 and hardens the back surface thereof with concrete 13 and simply hardens the natural stone block of the same size. Are arranged continuously. Therefore, there is a problem in that after the construction, the joint 14 of the connecting portion between the blocks appears as a straight line, so that the natural stone with the bent corner appears to be partitioned for each block, which impairs the aesthetic appearance of the natural stone continuous masonry. [0003] The present invention provides a method for masonry of natural stones in which a natural stone block is processed and integrated so that the joints are invisible as much as possible. According to the present invention, according to the present invention, a floor plate and a form are first prepared according to the size of the entire construction site, and a main natural stone is arranged in the floor plate and a form. At this place, the flexible partition plate is divided into irregularities along the main natural stone. Also, auxiliary natural stones are packed between the main natural stones and the natural stones are made as small as possible. When the auxiliary natural stones 5 are to be packed, pebble or the like is laid below and packed in a state of being floated from the floorboard, and when completed, the pebbles are removed so that the auxiliary natural stones appear to be more concave than the main natural stones. After the auxiliary natural stones are packed, the main natural stones and the auxiliary natural stones are connected with cement mortar, and concrete is poured into each partition plate from above and solidified. By removing the natural stone blocks thus created from the formwork and continuously joining them on site, a natural stone retaining wall in which the connection between the natural stone blocks is unknown can be made. [0005] Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. According to the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, a floor plate 2 according to the length and shape of a place to be constructed is laid and surrounded by a formwork 1. Natural stone 3
And a flexible partition plate 4 in a place where it can be transported.
Is partitioned along the main natural stone 3 in an uneven state. Then, auxiliary natural stones 5 are packed between the main natural stones 3 and between the main natural stones 3 and the partition plate 4. In this case, a joint 6 composed of small gravel and sand grains is preliminarily laid on the lower surface of the auxiliary natural stone 5.
Float from the bottom. After the auxiliary natural stones 5 have been packed, the main natural stones 3 and the auxiliary natural stones 5 are connected with a cement mortar 7, and concrete 8 is poured and solidified from above on each partition plate 4. Then, after the concrete is hardened, the partition plate 4 is pulled off, and the joints 6 made of small gravel and sand grains packed on the front surface of the auxiliary stone 5 in a state where the natural stone block is raised are scraped to complete the natural stone block. By transporting the natural stone block processed to such a size that can be transported to the site and assembling it into its original shape, a natural stone retaining wall in which the connection between the natural stone blocks is unknown can be completed. Thus, at the time of completion, auxiliary natural stone 5
Can assemble a natural stone retaining wall that looks concave. According to the present invention, when natural stone blocks are joined together, the seam 14 of each block is conspicuous and impairs the naturalness. However, according to the present invention, the seam is formed along the natural stone. The finished state of the natural stone retaining wall made in this way is seen from the front, the uneven seam is formed according to the main natural stone,
Auxiliary natural stones that are slightly drawn in between the main natural stones are packed, making it possible to combine natural stones without any difference from the conventional masonry pile method, and complete natural stone walls that are aesthetically superior I can do it. In addition, since the space between the main natural stone and the auxiliary natural stone is fixed with mortar before casting the ready-mixed concrete, the ready-mixed concrete to be finally poured all over the back does not flow out to the front, and the rough surface of the concrete is removed from the front. This has the effect of not being visible at all.
