造とすることができる。Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a writing instrument cap fitting structure made of synthetic resin. 2. Description of the Related Art In a structure in which a synthetic resin cap is fitted to a writing instrument main body, an annular outward locking projection is formed on an outer peripheral surface of a fitting portion of the writing instrument main body, and a fitting cylindrical portion of the cap is formed. In many cases, an inward locking projection is also formed on the inner peripheral surface of the writing tool, and the cap is fitted to the writing implement body by the inward locking projection riding over the outward locking projection. Here, the feeling link when the inward locking projection gets over the outward locking projection is important, and it is necessary for the inward locking projection to get over the outward locking projection with an appropriate pressing force. Is required not to change even after long-term use. [0003] In such a writing instrument cap fitting structure, when the inward locking projection of the cap rides over the outward locking projection of the writing instrument body and the cap fitting is completed, the inward locking projection is turned inward. The locking projection is designed to contact the outer peripheral surface of the fitting portion of the writing instrument body. This is because, for example, in the case of a writing instrument, such as a felt-tip pen, which needs to prevent evaporation of ink due to the airtightness of the fitting section of the cap, the inward locking projection abuts on the outer peripheral surface of the fitting section of the writing instrument body. In order to reduce airtightness of the cap at the time of fitting, even in the case of a writing instrument that does not require much prevention of ink evaporation at the fitting portion of the cap, it is for improving the airtightness. The inward locking projection is brought into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the fitting portion of the writing instrument body. However, when the inward locking projection formed on the fitting cylindrical portion of the synthetic resin cap is brought into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the fitting portion of the writing instrument body, stress is always applied to the fitting cylindrical portion of the cap. However, the inner diameter of the fitting cylindrical portion of the cap gradually increases due to the stress relaxation phenomenon of the synthetic resin. For this reason, the pressing force required at the time of cap fitting gradually decreases,
If used for a long time, there is a problem that the feeling of fitting the cap changes. Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a cap fitting structure for a writing tool made of synthetic resin which does not change the feeling when the cap is fitted even after long-term use. In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a writing instrument main body in which an annular outward locking projection is formed on the outer peripheral surface of a fitting portion, and a synthetic resin cap is provided. An inward locking projection is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the fitting cylindrical portion, and the inward locking projection of the cap rides over the outward locking projection of the writing instrument body, and the cap is fitted into the cap fitting structure of the writing implement. When the cap engagement is completed after the inward locking projection gets over the outward locking projection, the inward locking projection is prevented from abutting on the fitting portion of the writing instrument body. Embodiments of the present invention will be specifically described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows an example in which the present invention is applied to a ballpoint pen. In FIG. 1, a tip 14 is screwed to the tip of the barrel 10, and the writing barrel main body is constituted by the barrel 10 and the tip 14. A grip 13 made of a soft elastic body is fitted into a portion of the shaft cylinder 10 at which a fingertip comes into contact during writing. A ballpoint pen refill (not shown) is built in the barrel 10, and a ballpoint pen body 15 at the tip of the ballpoint pen refill projects from the front end opening of the front opening 14. A fitting cylindrical portion 21 is integrally formed in a double cylindrical state on the inside middle of a cap body 20 formed of a synthetic resin, for example, a polycarbonate, into a substantially cylindrical shape. Note that the fitting cylinder portion 21 is a portion where an inward locking projection 22 described later is formed, and does not necessarily have to be a double cylinder as in the illustrated example. A cap 25 with the integrated clip 26 is fitted into the tail end opening of the cap body 20, and the cap body 20 and the cap 25 constitute a cap. A spherical seal 27 made of a soft elastic body is disposed at the bottom of the cap main body 20. When the cap is fitted to the writing instrument main body, the ball-point pen body 15 is covered with the seal 27 and evaporates ink. To prevent it. The distal end of the shaft cylinder 10 has a slightly smaller fitting portion 11.
As shown in FIG. 2, on the outer peripheral surface of the fitting portion 11, an outward locking projection 12 having an annular surface shape and an arc shape is formed. On the other hand, on the inner peripheral surface of the fitting cylindrical portion 21 of the cap body 20, an inward locking projection 22 which is also annular and has a gentle arc shape is formed. [0010] Thus, the writing instrument main body is moved to the cap main body 20.
When inserted inward, the inward locking projection 22 rides over the outward locking projection 12 and the inward locking projection 22 and the outward locking projection 12 are engaged with each other. The cap fitting is completed by contacting the step 10a of the cap 10. At this time, the inward locking projection 22 is not in contact with the fitting portion 11 of the barrel 10. Therefore, the stress that pushes the fitting cylinder 21 outward is small, and even when used for a long time, the stress relaxation phenomenon of the synthetic resin constituting the fitting cylinder 21 is unlikely to occur, and the inner diameter of the fitting cylinder 21 increases. Hardly ever. For this reason,
Even when used for a long time, the cap can be fitted with a constant pressing force, and the feeling when the cap is fitted does not change.
As described above, in the present invention, since the inward locking projection 22 does not abut on the fitting portion 11 of the barrel 10, the airtightness at the fitting portion of the cap is somewhat inferior. In addition, the present invention is suitable for a writing instrument that does not require much prevention of evaporation of ink at the fitting portion of the cap. As described above, according to the present invention, a ring-shaped outward locking projection is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the fitting portion of the writing instrument main body, and the inside of the fitting cylindrical portion of the synthetic resin cap is formed. An inward locking projection is formed on the peripheral surface, and the inward locking projection of the cap rides over the outward locking projection of the writing instrument main body to fit the cap. When the cap has been fitted over the outward locking projection, the inward locking projection does not come into contact with the fitting part of the writing instrument body. A cap fitting structure of a writing instrument made of synthetic resin which does not change can be provided.
