【特許請求の範囲】
【請求項1】
照明装置のためのハウジングであって、
(a) 直線光源を囲むために充分な直径及び長さを有する中空の直線的な反射性の囲い、及び(b)該囲いと一体の弓形保持部材を備え、
前記囲いがその軸線に平行な長さに沿って伸長する直線的アパーチャを有し、該直線的アパーチャが前記直線的な囲いの内側の幅より小さい最大幅を有し、
前記弓形保持部材が前記アパーチャに沿って伸長し前記アパーチャに沿って並列に固体の円筒型光学要素を保持することを特徴とするハウジング。
【請求項2】
反射性の囲いの反射性材料が90%に等しいか又はそれよりも大きな反射率Rを有する請求項1のハウジング。
【請求項3】
反射性の囲いの反射性材料が95%に等しいか又はそれよりも大きな反射率Rを有する請求項1のハウジング。
【請求項4】
アパーチャに隣接して光学素子を受け入れるための複数の部材を有する請求項1のハウジング。
【請求項5】
光学素子がレンズである請求項1のハウジング。
【請求項6】
レンズが円筒状のロッドレンズである請求項5のハウジング。
【請求項7】
照明装置のためのハウジングであって、
(a) 直線光源を囲むために充分な直径及び長さを有する中空の直線的な反射性の囲い、及び(b)該囲いと一体の弓形保持部材を備え、
前記囲いがその軸線に平行な長さに沿って伸長する直線的アパーチャを有し、該直線的アパーチャが前記直線的な囲いの内側の幅より小さい最大幅を有し、
前記弓形保持部材が前記アパーチャに沿って伸長し前記アパーチャに沿って並列に固体の円筒型光学要素を保持し、
前記光学要素を受け入れるとき前記弓形保持部材が前記光学要素に2以上の点で接触し、前記光学要素が前記アパーチャに平行な光入力端、及び該光入力端から離間した光出力端を有し、該光出力端の幅が前記光入力端の幅よりも大きいことを特徴とするハウジング。
【請求項8】
反射性囲いの反射性材料が90%に等しいか又はそれよりも大きな反射率Rを有する請求項7のハウジング。
【請求項9】
反射性囲いの反射性材料が95%に等しいか又はそれよりも大きな反射率Rを有する請求項7のハウジング。
【請求項10】
光学素子がレンズである請求項7のハウジング。
