Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 心不全の治療方法において、 心不全の患者が血行力学的かつ臨床的に安定するまで、有効量の筋変力作用陽性 剤を前記患者に投与すること; 次いで、低投与量のβ−アドレナリン作動性レセプターアンタゴニストを前記患 者に投与すること; 前記β−アドレナリン作動性レセプターアンタゴニストの投与量を有効投与量ま で徐々に増加させること;及び 前記筋変力作用陽性剤と前記β−アドレナリン作動性レセプターアンタゴニスト の両方の有効投与量を投与することを続けること; を特徴とする方法。 2. 筋変力作用陽性剤は経口投与されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方 法。 3. 筋変力作用陽性剤はエノキシモンであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載 の方法。 4. エノキシモンは経口投与されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。 5. エノキシモンは、1日に3−4回の投与で投与量約1−3mg/kg/日 で投与されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。 6. β−アドレナリン作動性レセプターアンタゴニストは経口投与されること を特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 7. β−アドレナリン作動性レセプターアンタゴニストはメトプロロールであ ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 8. メトプロロールは経口投与されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法 。 9. メトプロロールの低投与量は約5−10mg/日であり、メトプロロール の有効投与量は約100−200mg/日であることを特徴とする請求項8に記 載の方法。 10. β−アドレナリン作動性レセプターアンタゴニストはメトプロロールで あることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。 11. エノキシモンとメトプロロールは経口投与されることを特徴とする請求 項10に記載の方法。 12. エノキシモンは、1日3−4回投与で投与量約1−3mg/kg/日で 投与され、メトプロロールの低投与量は約5−10mg/日であり、メトプロロ ールの有効投与量は約100−200mg/日であることを特徴とする請求項1 1に記載の方法。 13. 心不全は進行した後期段階の慢性心不全であることを特徴とする請求項 1に記載の方法。 14. 筋変力作用陽性剤とβ−アドレナリン作動性レセプターアンタゴニスト を併用して最低2月投与した後、患者の血行力学的かつ臨床的安定性を減少させ ない最小可能投与量まで筋変力作用陽性剤の投与量を徐々に減少させることを更 に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 15. 筋変力作用陽性剤の使用を中止することを特徴とする請求項14に記載 の方法。
