Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. コンタクトレンズ型を射出成形するためのアセンブリであって、以下: 回転非対称な、光学的品質仕上げした凸状または凹状成形表面を有する第一成 形器具であって、該第一成形表面は、該コンタクトレンズ型上に光学表面を形成 するためのものである、第一成形器具;および 回転非対称な凹状または凸状成形表面を有する、第二成形器具、 を有し、ここで該第一および第二成形器具が対向する関係に位置して、該第一お よび第二成形表面が、それらの表面を横切って実質的に均一なスペースを設ける ような様式で、それらの間にスペースを形成する、アセンブリ。 2. 前記第一および第二成形表面の間のスペースが、該表面を横切って0.2mm を超えずに変化する、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。 3. 前記第一および第二成形表面の間のスペースが、該表面を横切って0.1mm を超えずに変化する、請求項2に記載のアセンブリ。 4.前記第一成形器具が、回転非対称な、光学的品質仕上げした凸状成形表面を 有し、前記第二成形器具が、回転非対称な、コンタクトレンズの前型を射出成形 するための前記型アセンブリである凹状成形表面を有する、請求項1に記載のア センブリ。 5. 前記第二成形表面が、前記第一成形表面の凸状曲線とほぼ合致する凹状曲 線を有する、請求項4に記載のアセンブリ。 6. 前記コンタクトレンズの前型が、成形されるコンタクトレンズの前面にバ ラストを設ける形状の表面を規定する型キャビティを有する、請求項4に記載の アセンブリ。 7. 前記コンタクトレンズ型が、成形されるトーリックコンタクトレンズ表面 を形成する表面を規定する型キャビティを有する、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ 。 8. コンタクトレンズ型を射出成形するための方法であって、以下: 凸状成形表面を有する第一成形器具、および凹状成形表面を有する第二成形表 面を提供する工程であって、ここで該凸状または凹状成形表面のうちの一方が光 学的品質仕上げされており、かつ回転非対称であり、該一方の成形表面がコンタ クトレンズ型上に光学表面を形成するためのものであり、該凹状または凸状成形 表面のうちの他方が回転非対称である、工程、 該成形器具を対向する関係に位置させてこれらの間にスペースを形成し、それ ぞれの成形表面がそれらの表面を横切って実質的に均一にスペースを空けるよう にする工程、および 可塑性樹脂を、該成形表面の間に形成されたスペースに射出する工程 を包含する、方法。 9. 前記第一成形器具が、回転非対称な、光学的品質仕上げした凸状成形表面 を有し、前記第二成形器具が、回転非対称な、コンタクトレンズ前型を射出成形 するための前記型アセンブリである凹状成形表面を有する、請求項8に記載の方 法。 10. 前記コンタクトレンズ前型が、成形されるコンタクトレンズの前面にバ ラストを設ける形状の表面を規定する型キャビティを有する、請求項9に記載の 方法。 11. 前記コンタクトレンズ型が、成形されるトーリックコンタクトレンズの 表面を形成する表面を規定する型キャビティを有する、請求項8に記載の方法。 12. コンタクトレンズ型であって、以下: コンタクトレンズの回転非対称な表面を形成するための、回転非対称な第一の 凹状または凸状表面、 該第一表面に対向する、回転非対称な第二の凸状または凹状表面、および 実質的に均一な厚さを有する、該第一および第二表面の間の該型のセグメント を有する、コンタクトレンズ型。 13. 前記第一表面が、回転非対称であり、光学的品質仕上げされた凹状表面 であって、コンタクトレンズの前面を成形するためのものであり、前記第二表面 が、回転非対称な凸状表面である、請求項12に記載のコンタクトレンズ型。 14. 前記凹状表面が、成形されるコンタクトレンズの前面にバラストを設け る形状である、請求項13に記載のコンタクトレンズ型。 15. 前記第一表面が、成形されるトーリックコンタクトレンズ表面を形成す る形状である、請求項12に記載のコンタクトレンズ型。
