Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.表面組織を保護しながら、迅速で、空間的に限られており、深部に達する組 織の光凝固を行う方法であって、 選択された組織部位を連続的に照射してその温度を上げることを含み、 前記組織部位の生物学的パラメータをモニタすることを含み、 前記組織部位を照射及びモニタしながら同時に前記組織部位を冷却することを 含み、前記冷却は前記組織部位の照射の際、及びその後の所定時間の間パルス状 にされ、 少なくとも前記組織部位の照射の際に、前記組織部位の前記モニタされた生物 学的パラメータに基づいて前記パルス状の冷却を制御することを含む、 組織の光凝固を行う方法。 2.前記冷却が寒剤スプレー冷却による請求の範囲1に記載の方法。 3.前記生物学的パラメータのモニタが、前記組織部位における表面温度のモニ タを含む、請求の範囲2に記載の方法。 4.前記表面温度のモニタが前記表面温度の放射モニタを含む、請求の範囲3に 記載の方法。 5.前記組織部位の照射が、前記組織の標的発色団と一致した波長を有するレー ザを用いて前記組織部位を照射するステップを含む、請求の範囲1に記載の方法 。 6.前記組織部位の照射が、マイクロ波源を用いて前記組織部位を照射すること を含む、請求の範囲1に記載の方法。 7.前記組織部位の照射が、超音波を用いて前記組織部位を照射することを含む 、請求の範囲7に記載の方法。 8.前記寒剤スプレー冷却の制御は、前記モニタ温度が所定のしきい値条件を越 えると前記パルス状の寒剤スプレー冷却を開始することを含む、請求の範囲2に 記載の方法。 9.前記寒剤スプレー冷却の制御は、生物学的なフィードバックパラメータに従 って前記パルス状の寒剤スプレー冷却を制御することを含む、請求の範囲2に記 載の方法。 10.前記パルス状の寒剤スプレー冷却は、出力密度に依存した速度でパルス状に される、請求の範囲8に記載の方法。 11.前記寒剤スプレー冷却の前記パルス速度は、前記組織部位の照射の際にレー ザ照射時間の第1関数として制御され、レーザ照射後の時間、そして前記組織部 位の照射を停止した後の照射時間の第2関数によって制御される、請求の範囲9 に記載の方法。 であり、αは組織の熱拡散係数であり、Cは経験的な定数係数である、請求の範 囲11に記載の方法。 13.表面組織の熱損傷を生じずに、迅速で、空間的に限られており、深部に達す る組織の光凝固を行う装置であって、 組織部位に向けられた放射エネルギー源と、 複数のパルス冷却噴出を前記組織部位に選択的に送る冷却デバイスと、 前記組織部位の温度を測定する温度モニタと、 前記温度モニタ及び前記冷却デバイスに結合され、前記組織部位のモニタ温度 に応答して前記冷却デバイスを制御するコントローラと、 を含む、組織の光凝固を行う装置。 14.前記放射源が連続波レーザである、請求の範囲13に記載の装置。 15.前記レーザが1064nmで作動するNd:YAGである、請求の範囲13に記載の装置。 16.前記冷却が寒剤スプレー冷却であり、低温液体の噴出を選択的に生成して前 記組織部位の表面に送る、請求の範囲13に記載の装置。 17.前記温度モニタが赤外ラジオメータである、請求の範囲13に記載の装置。 18.前記組織部位の温度が所定のしきい値に等しいか又はこれを越えたことを前 記温度モニタが示すと、前記コントローラは前記冷却デバイスを作動させて寒剤 の噴出を前記組織部位に送る、請求の範囲13に記載の装置。 19.前記放射源は連続放射源であり、前記冷却デバイスは、少なくとも前記組織 部位の照射の際に前記連続放射源によって寒剤を前記組織部位に送る、請求の範 囲13に記載の装置。 20.前記冷却デバイスは、前記放射源による前記組織部位の照射後所定時間の間 パルス状の寒剤スプレー冷却を前記組織部位に送る、請求の範囲13に記載の装置 。 21.前記冷却デバイスは、前記放射源の出力密度及び放射開始からの経過時間に 依存した速度で寒剤の噴出を前記組織部位に送るように前記コントローラによっ て制御される、請求の範囲13に記載の装置。 22.表面組織を保護しながら組織を熱媒介する方法であって、 選択された組織部位を照射してその温度を上げることを含み、 前記組織部位の生物学的パラメータをモニタすることを含み、 前記組織部位を照射及びモニタしながら同時に前記組織部位を冷却することを 含み、前記冷却は前記組織部位の照射の際に第1モードでパルス状にされ、前記 冷却は前記組織部位の照射後第2モードでパルス状にされ、 前記第1及び第2モードのうちの少なくとも1つにおける前記パルス状の冷却 を、少なくとも前記組織部位の照射の際に前記組織部位の前記モニタされた生物 学的パラメータに基づいて制御することを含む、 組織の熱媒介方法。
