容器からのコンパクトディスクの取り外し装置
本発明は、容器からのコンパクトディスクの取り外し装置に関する。コンパク
トディスクは、通常はプラスチックの箱に収められており、この箱は、このディ
スクの中央の開口部に弾性的な指部でディスクを動かないようにしている保持ト
レイを含んでいる。このディスクを取り出すには、指部の力を弱めて、同時にこ
のディスクを持ち上げる必要がある。これは相反する動きである。
本発明は、ディスクを取り外すのを容易にしており、それによれば、この装置
を押圧することにより、スプリングがディスクを持ち上げ、ディスクが容易に取

ているために、12個の取付指部をもつ保持トレイに使用するのに適さない。
本発明は、この装置が押圧される場合に、コンパクトディスクを持ち上げるの
に信頼のおける良好な装置を提供している。この特徴を得るために、この装置は
、スプリングの変形を防止するスプリングのための支持部を有する一方で、この
装置の取付及び回動が防止されている。
本発明を図面を参照して説明する。

図２は、片側では持ち上げられたディスクを、また他方の側では
固定されたディスクを、線２−２で切断して示している断面図である。

図１には、コンパクトディスク（３）を取付指部（２）で動かないように保持
している保持トレイ（１）が示されている。この装置（４）は、取付指部（２）
の上に載っている押しボタン（５）を有している。押しボタン（５）は、コンパ
クトディスクの中央の開口部より小さい直径を有している。スプリング支持部（
６）が押しボタン（５）に設けられている。これらのスプリング支持部は、押し
ボタン（５）に対し垂直で、取付指部（２）の間にまで伸びている。スプリング
支持部（６）の材料の厚さは、スプリング支持部（６）が取付指部（２）の間に
容易にはめ込みできるようにされている。スプリング支持部は、丸い頂部をもつ
ほぼ三角形の形状をしている。この装置（４）を固定するために、鉤部（７）が
押しボタン（５）に設けられている。鉤部（７）は、取付指部（２）の下を把持
している。
放出スプリング（９）が、拡長部（８）を変形させることによって、拡長部（

している。図２を見ると、スプリング支持部（６）の形状は、放出スプリングが
緩和されているときは、放出スプリング（９）にほぼぴったりとしている。放出
スプリング（９）は、薄い弾性金属から作られている。
図２の右側には、コンパクトディスク（３）が保持トレイ（１）に保持され、
放出スプリング（９）がコンパクトディスク（３）を弾性的に押圧している状況
が示されている。弾性力は、ディスクを持ち上げるには十分であるが、保持力を
上回るほどではない。
