Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.あらかじめ決められた幾何学的配置を有するハウジングと、 磁気ひずみ材料からつくられた能動素子及び前記能動素子の少なくとも一部を 通して広がる電磁界の発生手段を有するトランスデューサと、 電磁界が存在しないときの第1の形状と電磁界が存在するときの第2の形状と の間で変化できる前記能動素子と、 前記電磁界の発生手段への電気信号の提供手段と、 仕事を行うための超音波エネルギーを提供するために前記トランスデューサに 接続された音響素子とを有することを特徴とするハイパワー超音波モータ。 2.前記電気信号の提供手段は、3キロワットを超えるパワーを提供することを 特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波モータ。 3.前記能動素子は円筒形の素子であり、前記電磁界の発生手段コイルは前記円 筒形の素子に関して同心に配置された伝導性を有する材料から作られることを特 徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波モータ。 4.前記能動素子をバイアスするための磁性を有する手段を更に有する請求項1 に記載の超音波モータ。 5.前記磁性を有する手段は、前記円筒形の素子に関して同心に配置されたチュ ーブ状の磁性を有する手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の超音波モー タ。 6.前記円筒形の素子は、第1及び第2の対向する端と、 前記コイルにより発生させられた磁束を捕え、及び前記円筒形の素子を通して 前記磁束を導くための、前記円筒形の素子の前記第1及び第2の端の近傍にある 、前記ハウジングにより収容された第1及び第2の磁束帰還素子とを有すること を特徴とする請求項3に記載の超音波モータ。 7.前記音響素子は、前記トランスデューサ上に設置され、及び4分の1共振波 長を有する材料から作られ、前記音響素子は、前記材料の前記4分の1共振波長 と等しい長さを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波モータ。 8.前記音響素子が音響金属から作られることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超 音波モータ。 9.前記トランスデューサは、冷却液を受けるように構成された前記トランスデ ューサについての通路の提供手段を含む、前記冷却液と使用するための請求項1 に記載の超音波モータ。 10.前記通路の提供手段は、電気絶縁体である材料から形成されることを特徴と する請求項9に記載の超音波モータ。 11.前記通路の提供手段は、セラミック材料から形成されることを特徴とする請 求項9に記載の超音波モータ。
