Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stove with a built-in hot-water heat exchanger preventing the generation of boiling sound due to the heating of the hot-water heat exchanger to a high temperature even at the time of the single operation of the stove. SOLUTION: This stove is provided with a burner part 1 producing combustion gas by combustion, a main heat exchanger 13 circulating the combustion gas produced by the burner part 1, a bypass bypassing the main heat exchanger 13 from the burner part 1, and a hot-water heat exchange chamber 24 storing a hot-water heat exchanger 23 inside. A damper chamber 20 is provided among the main heat exchanger 13, the bypass, the combustion gas and the hot-water heat exchange chamber 24, and the damper chamber 20 is partitioned into four chambers. At the time of the single operation of the stove, a heat insulating space is formed in the damper chamber 20, so as to prevent the heating of the hot-water heat exchanger 23 securely.

In this conventional apparatus, however, the hot water heat exchanger is provided very close to the combustion cylinder and the red hot body, so that the hot water heat exchanger is heated to a high temperature even when the stove is operated alone. It will be heated, and the boiling sound of the inside warm water will be generated, or when transitioning to the combined heating and heating operation, the circulating water flows through the hot water heat exchanger, causing instantaneous boiling. Not only gives the user anxiety,
In severe cases, you must extinguish the fire and wait for it to cool down,
There was a problem that the combined operation could not be started.

Next, in the combined operation with the hot water heating, the first damper 30 opens the first opening 29 and the first chamber 26 and the second chamber 26 are connected to each other.
By communicating the chamber 28, the bypass path 19, the hot water heat exchange chamber 24, and the exhaust path 25 communicate with each other.
5 closes the second opening 34, and the second chamber 31 and the fourth chamber 33
And the main heat exchanger 13 side is shut off, so that the combustion gas generated by the combustion of the burner unit 1
The radiant heating is performed by heating the red heat body 4 in the red heat state to perform radiant heating, and convective heating is performed using a convection fan. Thereafter, the combustion gas flows upward and the main heat exchanger 1 is heated.
3, the heat is exchanged with the hot water heat exchanger 23 in the hot water heat exchange chamber 24 through the bypass passage 19 to increase the temperature of the hot water and perform the floor heating satisfactorily.

Therefore, the hot water heat exchanger communicates with the main heat exchanger through four damper chambers, is separated from the main heat exchanger and the combustion cylinder, and at least one of the chambers is cut off when the communication is interrupted by the damper. Since the stove is an adiabatic air chamber, it is not heated when the stove is operated alone, and there is no problem that boiling noise is generated. Since the exchanger is heated, good floor heating at a high temperature can be obtained.

If the burner unit 1 is started to burn in this state, the generated combustion gas rises in the combustion tube 3 and
Is heated to a red heat state, the red heat state is reflected by the reflection plate 6 to perform radiant heating, and at the same time, convection heating is performed using a convection fan. After that, the combustion gas flowing into the branch chamber 7 flows through the main heat exchanger 13 from the first outlet 11 because the bypass passage 19 is blocked by the first damper 30, and exchanges heat with outside air. The room is replaced with warm air to heat the room, and is discharged from the damper room 20 to the outside through the exhaust path 35.

In this state, if the burner unit 1 is started to burn, or if the burning is continued during the burning, the generated combustion gas rises in the combustion tube 3 to make the red-hot body 4 into a red-hot state.
This red heat state is reflected by the reflector 6 to perform radiant heating,
At the same time, convection heating is performed using a convection fan.
Thereafter, the combustion gas flowing into the branch chamber 7 is supplied to the main heat exchanger 1.
Since the third side is shut off by the second damper 35, it enters the ventilation chamber 15 from the second outlet 12 and from there enters the damper chamber 20 via the first circulation pipe 21, and the hot water heat exchange chamber 2

At this time, the hot water heat exchanger 23 exchanges heat with the combustion gas flowing between the inlet 27 and the outlet 32 of the hot water heat exchange chamber 24, and the temperature of the hot water inside rises and becomes high-temperature water and circulates. The pump 39 drives and circulates through a radiator or the like for floor heating, and performs heating by floor heating together with radiant heating and convection heating by a stove.

Accordingly, in the combined operation, the combustion gas is not circulated to the main heat exchanger 13 but is circulated through the bypass 19 and exchanges heat with the hot water heat exchanger 23. In this state, heat is exchanged, and efficient floor heating is performed. In addition, the radiant heat of the red-hot body 4 and the convection fan perform the hot air heating as a stove satisfactorily.

Further, the hot water heat exchanger 23 communicates with the main heat exchanger 13 via four damper chambers 20, is separated from the main heat exchanger 13 and the combustion tube 3, and is cut off by the damper. As described above, according to the present invention, the hot water heat exchanger is reliably prevented from being exposed to or coming into contact with the combustion gas or the hot air by the insulated air chamber of the damper chamber during the stove alone operation. When hot water heating operation starts and hot water boils instantly when hot water heating operation starts, hot water heating is not started,
There is no need to extinguish and cool the stove once, and it is possible to shift to the combined operation while continuing the stove alone operation, and it is extremely easy to use and can be used with peace of mind.

Further, during the combined operation, the combustion gas is supplied to the hot water heat exchanger by bypassing the main heat exchanger. Therefore, the heat is exchanged well with the high-temperature combustion gas, and the hot water heating also has a quick temperature rise and a high temperature. Good heating can be achieved.

Further, since the damper chamber is divided into four chambers, it is possible to smoothly switch between the stove alone and the combined use.
It can be used for a long period of time without causing blockage defects and the like.

1. A burner section that generates combustion gas by combustion, a main heat exchanger that circulates the combustion gas generated by the burner section, and generates heat for heating by radiation and convection from the surface, and the main heat exchanger. A hot water heat exchange chamber for receiving a hot water heat exchanger therein and exchanging heat with the combustion gas, and a hot water heat exchange with the main heat exchanger and the bypass. In a room having a damper room between the room and the room, the damper room is divided into four rooms,
The first upper chamber communicates with the bypass passage, the third chamber communicates with the main heat exchanger, the second lower chamber further has an inlet for the hot water heat exchange chamber, and the fourth chamber has the hot water heat exchanger. It has an outlet of the exchange chamber and an exhaust passage, and further communicates the first chamber and the second chamber through a first opening that is opened and closed by a first damper, and opens and closes a third chamber and a fourth chamber with a second damper. A stove with a built-in hot water heat exchanger, wherein the stove is communicated through a second opening.
