【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 スプリング(5) により常時後方へ附勢さ
れるレフィール(2) を挿入した軸筒(1) 内に、該軸筒
(1) の外面に操作片部(31)を沿わせたスライド部材(3)
と、該スライド部材(3) の操作で前進するカム溝(42)に
よりカム部(44)が押されて回動する筒状ストッパ(43)を
具備したノック機構(4) とを組み込んで、スライド部材
(3) の操作によるノック機構(4) の作動で前記レフィー
ル(2) をその先端の筆記部(21)が軸筒(1) の先口(16)よ
り突出した筆記可能状態と、軸筒(1) 内に没入された収
納状態の2態様に切替保持するようにした筆記具におい
て、前記した軸筒(1) を、基端に形成された連結用細径
部(12)の開口端から軸線方向に所要長さのガイド溝(14)
を切り込んだ第1軸筒部材(11)と、前記連結用細径部(1
2)に先端開口が嵌合される第2軸筒部材(13)とよりなる
ものとする一方、前記スライド部材(3) は、軸筒(1) の
外面に沿う操作片部(31)に頸部(32)を介して押出短筒部
(33)を連設したものとして、このスライド部材(3) をそ
の頸部(32)がガイド溝(14)に介入されて押出短筒部(33)
が前記連結用細径部(12)の基端開口より内部に装入され
るように第1軸筒部材(11)に組み込んで、この第1軸筒
部材(11)の連結用細径部(12)に第2軸筒部材(13)をその
先端開口をもって嵌合一体化し、また、前記したスライ
ド部材(3) の操作で前進するカム溝(42)は、前記スライ
ド部材(3) とは分離された摺動環体(41)の先端に設けら
れたものとして、この摺動環体(41)をその基端がスライ
ド部材(3) の押出短筒部(33)の先端に当接されるように
筒状ストッパ(43)との間に介在させてノック機構(4) を
構成したことを特徴とする筆記具。
