るが、作業性、歩留まりが悪いのでコスト高になる。そ
の上、このような生産方式では、最近のニーズに対応し
て少量多品種で商品展開を計画しても、各アイテム毎

なければならず、巨額の投資が必要となってくる。そこ
で本発明者は、1ロット当りの広幅長尺の表面紙及び剥
離紙から、多数のアイテムの仕上げシートサイズの製品
を連続的に生産する製法を見出し、本発明を完成した。

にする、または、同じ材料であっても、第2剥離紙を第
1剥離紙の表面処理より剥がれ易くすることなどによ
り、第3工程において、第2剥離紙を粘着層から剥がれ
易くすることが好ましい。また、第3工程において、表
面フィルムは、粘着層と粘着しやすくするため、粘着層
側にコロナ放電加工や樹脂コーティングなどの易接着性
処理を施すことが好ましい。さらに、第3工程におい
て、表面フィルムと粘着層の貼り合せには、気泡の侵入
やしわの発生を防止するため、表面フィルム側の貼り合
せロールにスポンジ状のロールを使用して圧着する、第
1剥離紙側の貼り合せロールに40℃〜180℃の熱ロ
ールを使用して圧着するなどの処理が望ましい。
