Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slippage prevention device for a spiral rod to reduce wind pressure load and a wind noise preventing cable provided therewith, the device reliably preventing insufficient contact of the rod to the cable as well as slippage of the rod therefrom even when the diameter of the spiral rod is small. SOLUTION: A spiral rod slippage prevention device, whose final shape is cylindrical going around a cable and which is provided with a thin-wall hinge section on one side of opposing sides sandwiching the cylindrical axis and an open section on the other, the open section having a male-female engagement structure, has a groove in the inside perimeter on the radial section between the engagement section and the hinge section to allow the spiral rod to pass through; the prevention device is attached to a cable wrapped with a spiral rod. Also, the final shape may be cylindrical consisting of two half-shells going around a cable, the mating sides having a male- female engagement structure; a groove is provided in the inside perimeter on the radial section between the engagement structures to allow the spiral rod to pass through. The prevention device is attached to a cable wrapped with a spiral rod to provide a wind noise preventing cable.

[0003] In any case, when the spiral rod is wound around the electric wire, the inner diameter (envelope inner diameter of the electric wire) of the spiral rod before attachment is set to 80 to 9 times the outer diameter of the electric wire.
By setting the value to 0%, the spiral rod itself grips the electric wire, so that the spiral rod does not come off even if the spiral rod runs on a spiral rod winding part by a spacecraft or the like.

As described above, the effect of preventing wind noise can be expected by winding a spiral rod around an electric wire. However, since the wind pressure load increases, the standard size currently used due to insufficient strength of the steel tower is required. There was a place where the spiral rod was not wound. Therefore, in order to reduce the wind pressure load, a method of reducing the diameter of the spiral rod is conceivable. However, the spiral rod may be shifted or come off by passing through a spacecraft.

According to the first means and the second means as described above, in order to prevent electric wire wind noise in a place where a standard size spiral rod cannot be applied due to a problem of wind pressure load or tower strength,
The gripping force of the spiral rod is compensated for the electric wire around which the thin spiral rod is wound by the mounting gripping force of the spiral rod disengagement prevention device. Therefore, the spiral rod can be securely mounted on the electric wire around which the spiral rod is wound without being detached even when passing through the spacecraft.
