Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas purifier capable of almost preventing clogging though a filter is used and simultaneously removing water soluble harmful gas. SOLUTION: A discharge pipe 3 is fitted to one end side of a purifying chamber 1, and a filter 5 is disposed opposedly to the discharge pipe 3. A flow water pipe 7 and a flow water receiver 8 are installed at the upper and lower parts of the filter 5. The flow water pipe 7 is allowed to communicate with the flow water receiver 8 through a pipe, and a pump is installed midway in the pipe to pump up water flowing down to the flow water receiver 8 and circulate to the flow water pipe 7. The pump not illustrated is driven to flow water from the flow water receiver 8 to the flow water pipe 7. Exhaust gas is discharged from the discharge pipe 3 into the purifying chamber 1. Particulates and water soluble harmful gas contained in the exhaust gas are trapped while the exhaust gas passes through the filter 5, and washed out by water flowing down through the filter 5.

で除去しなければならないケースでは、目の密なフィル
ターを使用して対応するしかなく、目詰まりも急速に進
行する。目が詰まって機能が低下したら、洗浄等して更
新した後に再使用するか新しいフィルターと交換するか
しかなかった。洗浄等するのは手間が掛かってコスト高
になるだけでなく、交換時は運転ができなかった。目詰
まりの度に交換するのも高価に付いた。また、フィルタ
ーを使用するものにおいては、気体中の有害ガスを取り
除くことはできなかった。

上下は浄化室1の内壁に密着させている。上方の流水管
7は下方を開口させ、下方の流水受け8は上方を開口さ
せている。上方の流水管7には水の流入口9を設け、下
方の流水受け8には水の流出口10を設けている。図示
