Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate troubles that an openable nozzle of a two-component delivery container cannot be completely sealed and the nozzle cannot be easily taken out. SOLUTION: In a two-component delivery container wherein an external cover 27 is placed on a pair of aerosol containers closely combined with each other to cover the stems of the containers, and a nozzle 17, the orifice part 19 of which is projected outward to separately deliver two components of an agent, is fitted in the upper end of the cover 27 so that the nozzle 17 can be pressed against the stems of the containers by means of a push-down lever 32 pivotally supported on the external cover 27, the nozzle 17 is connected to an upper half part 21 having the orifice part 19 and a partition plate 20 through a hinge at the rear edge of a bottom 18 of a base part 17a, while the bottom 18 of the part 17a is elevated in an inner rib-like form, and a fitting groove 20' for receiving the plate 20 and cylinders 23a, 23b for the stems are formed on the elevated part, whereby the nozzle 17 can be opened, and sealed when it is closed.

Even if the cream-like hair dye becomes clogged inside the nozzle during use of the hair dye (the hair dye can exhibit the hair dyeing effect by mixing the first hair dye and the second hair dye). Therefore, it is necessary that the first agent and the second agent are simultaneously injected so as to maintain a certain ratio, but, for example, a hair dye and a propellant are mixed and injected in an aerosol container. In the agent discharge container, the injected hair dye becomes foamy (bubble), so there is almost no clogging in the nozzle. However, in the aerosol container, the creamy hair dye is injected In the two-agent discharge container configured to separate the agent through the inner bag, the hair dye in the form of a cream is injected as it is, so that the hair dye remaining without being ejected in the guide path of the nozzle The agent may be clogged.), Nozzle 5
Is engaged with the stems 2a and 2b from above the cover 7 through the insertion ports 6a and 6b, so that the nozzle 5 is taken out (pulled up) from the stems 2a and 2b and washed to obtain a creamy hair dye. Can be eliminated.

The base 5a of the nozzle 5 is a so-called closed space pool for storing the injection of the contents from the stems 2a and 2b.
Although the internal pressure is high, the sealing effect of the configuration cannot be expected due to the simple butting of the ring-shaped divided portions of the closed space.

That is, under the premise of split expansion,
In the case of FIG. 10, the seal failure is apparent due to the mere abutment between the ring cuts, and FIG.
Unlike the case of FIG. 10, although there is an advantage that the pressing force of the lever 8 works, the poorness of the lap seal portion is not complemented by this.

In order to achieve the above object, a two-part discharge container according to the present invention is provided with an orifice portion in the upper end of an exterior cover for restraining a pair of aerosol containers adjacently in a manner in which their stems are hidden. When two nozzles from the stem are ejected individually without being mixed on the way in a protruding mode, the nozzle is dropped and mounted, and the nozzle is pressed against the stem by a push-down lever securing a pivot point on the exterior cover. In the two-agent discharge container described above, the above-mentioned nozzle is hinged to the upper half having an orifice portion and a partition plate at the rear edge of the nozzle base bottom, and the nozzle base bottom is raised into an inner rib shape. The partition plate fitting groove and the hanging tube for the stem are disposed in the raised portion, and the seal function is expandable and the sealing action when not expanded is ensured by a plug effect. .
