Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating apparatus which effectively uses a rear heater which is less frequently used so that the rear heater can give an additional heating power for heating passengers in the first row of rear seats to a heating power of a front heater which is more frequently used but has an insufficient heating power. SOLUTION: An opening part 2134 of the rear end of a front heater duct 21 of a conventionally provided front heater 20 and a connection inlet 36 of an additional duct 85 added to a rear heater 30 are connected to a front feed port 41 and a rear feed port 42 of a connection duct 40, air outlets of which are separated by diaphragms, respectively, thereby enabling warm air from the front heater 20 and warm air from the rear heater 30 to be sent from the same position to the feet of the passengers in the first row 13 of rear seats.

However, since the front heater heats the front-seat passenger and the rear-seat first-row passenger, the rear-seat first-row passenger is heated by warm air blown out from the air outlet separated from the front heater body. The heating of the elderly is not enough. That is, there is a problem that the heating capacity of the front heater is not sufficient. The above problem can be solved by increasing the heating capacity of the front heater. However, if there are no passengers in the rear seats and only the front seats have passengers, the heating for the front passengers may be too good. However, there is a problem that the cost of the heater is increased. In addition, the rear heater that heats the occupants in the second row of the rear seats has a problem that the frequency of use of the rear heaters is low because the frequency of boarding the passengers in the second row of the rear seats is low.

More specifically, as shown in FIG.
The V-vehicle is a popular 7- to 8-passenger car equipped with three rows of seats: front seat 12, rear seat first row 13, and rear seat second row 14, because of its convenience and cost performance. are doing. The heater used is the instrument panel 1 of the automobile.
1, an air outlet opening from the front heater duct 521 connected to the air outlet of the front heater 520 installed below the front seat 12 to the rear of the lower part of the front seat 12 through the space between the floor F of the automobile and the lower part of the front seat 12. Warm air is blown from 522 toward the feet of the occupant in the first row 13 of the rear seat.

However, since the RV vehicle has a large room, the warm air easily spreads in the room, and the warm air from the front heater 520 alone sufficiently warms the feet of the occupants in the rear first row 13. Is difficult. In addition, although there is not much opportunity to get in the second row 14 of the rear seat, that is, the seat is almost fully occupied, there is a problem that the independent rear heater 530 is installed and its use frequency is low.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION A vehicle heating apparatus according to the present invention is provided in a vehicle having three rows of seats, one in front and two in back, and is installed at the front of the vehicle cabin and at least in front. A front heater having an air outlet directed toward the feet of the occupant of the seat and the first row of the rear seats; and an air blower installed near the rear seats and directed toward the feet of the second row passengers. A rear heater provided with an outlet, wherein the rear heater is disposed adjacent to an air outlet toward the foot of a passenger in a rear seat first row of the front heater. It is characterized by adding and arranging an air outlet toward the passenger's feet. Therefore, when the heating capacity for the passenger in the first row of the rear seat is insufficient, it is possible to replenish by utilizing the capacity of the rear heater, and to improve the performance at low cost without increasing the performance of the front heater. it can.

Further, a heating device for an automobile according to the present invention comprises:
The air outlet toward the feet of the occupant in the first row of the rear seats added to the rear heater separates the air outlet of the front heater and the air outlet of the rear heater by a partition wall, so that the warm air from the front heater and the rear heater are separated from each other. And blow out the warm air individually. Therefore, at the air outlet, the warm air outlet from the front heater and the warm air outlet from the rear heater are isolated and the warm air does not mix with each other, so that the warm air does not flow backward from one duct to the other duct. Thus, the heating capacity of the first row of the rear seat can be surely improved.

As described above, the heating device according to the present embodiment
The opening 2134 at the rear end of the front heater duct 21 of the conventionally installed front heater 20 and the connection port 36 of the additional duct 35 added to the rear heater 30 are connected to the connection duct 40 in which the air outlet is separated by a partition. Connected to the front inlet 41 and the rear inlet 42 respectively,
Since the warm air can be blown from the same place to the feet of the passenger in the first row 13 of the rear seat, the surplus heating capacity of the rear heater 30 can be used by the inexpensive connection duct 40,
It has become possible to provide an easy-to-use heating device that increases the heating capacity at the feet of the occupant in the first row 13 of the rear seats.

It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and various changes can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention. For example, in the above embodiment,
The air supply to the additional duct 35 of the rear heater 30 is inevitably performed when the rear heater 30 is operated. However, the air supply is not limited to this, and a switching valve or the like may be provided in the middle to turn on and off the air supply as necessary. You may make it possible.
Further, the connection duct 40 has been described as being applied only to the right side of the front heater duct 21, but may be applied to both the left and right sides.

The present invention is provided in a vehicle having one row of front seats and two rows of rear seats, that is, a total of three rows. A front heater having an air outlet directed toward the feet of the row passengers,
A rear heater provided near the rear seat and provided with an air outlet directed toward the feet of the occupant in the second row of rear seats, wherein the occupant in the first row of rear seats of the front heater is provided. The rear heater is provided with an air outlet directed toward the feet of the first row of rear seats adjacent to the air outlet directed toward the feet of the rear seat. Not only from the front heater, but also from the rear heater to the feet of the passengers in the first row of the rear seats, thereby eliminating the need for a new heater for the passengers in the first row of the rear seats, and at low cost. The ability can be improved.
