Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wide passenger conveyor capable of guiding passengers to a safe riding position, increasing visibility for the guiding, and increasing the life of a display bodies installed on the surface of treads. SOLUTION: In this wide passenger conveyor 1, indication bodies 7 having colored patterns such as foot marks are installed on the passenger routes of access floor 2, a comb floor 3, and steps 4 on either of the right and left sides within the area of a lateral width W1 of approx. 1/3 of the lateral width W of the steps 4. On the ceiling above the indication bodies 7, an indicator 8 for indicating the characters and marks meant by the indication bodies 7 is installed. All or a part of a handrail 5A, a handrail panel 6AA, and a deck cover 6BB positioned on a indication body side 7 colored with a same group of color to safely guide passengers continuously and consistently on the guide side and foot positions of the passengers. The indication bodies 7 are formed of magnetic bodies 7a and colored pattern parts 7d to increase a life, strength, and visibility.

The above-mentioned prior art is designed to walk and stand for a passenger in a groove of an uneven portion of a surface of a very common tread having a horizontal width (a width of two people standing side by side on the tread). A colored guide that indicates a use position such as a stop is provided, and an indicator light having a similar color and a similar mark to the colored guide is provided above the boarding floor. However, this prior art,
It is not intended for wide passenger conveyors that have recently emerged (three widths standing side by side on treads), and in particular this wide passenger conveyor (in some cases, the spacing between balustrades standing on both sides of treads) 1600 mm class, which is 400 mm wider than the normal type), it has been pointed out that the order on the tread is disturbed due to the wide width, and that passengers intersect especially near the entrance. In the conventional normal type, the passengers are confused and use the right and left handrails side by side because of the width of two people, but in the case of three people, three or more passengers However, there is a danger that the elderly and the weak walking may be caught in the confusion and fall, especially when approaching the handrail. In addition, in the display contents of the indicator light (the same color and similar mark as the colored guide), the passenger understands the meaning (contents of the indicator light) only after reaching the footboard and looking at the colored guide at the foot. Therefore, the original intention to recognize the use position without confusion before reaching the tread plate (before riding) by this indicator light cannot be achieved.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a wide type in which a large number of elongated and concave grooves are provided in one direction of a surface to be a tread, and three passengers can stand in the width direction thereof. A passenger board including: a tread plate, a boarding board on which the tread board appears, a comb board serving as a boundary between the tread board and the boarding board, and handrails and balustrade members provided on both sides of the tread board. A display body with a colored pattern such as a footprint mark is arranged within a width range of about 1/3 of the width in the concave / convex groove at an outer position on either side of the width of the center of the width, and Above the side near the display, a display for displaying the characters and marks that the display means is provided. In addition, the color tone of both or one of the handrail and the balustrade member on the side close to the display body is colored according to the display body.

The passenger conveyor according to the present invention has three
For the wide type that can be erected, the position where the passenger stands in a width range of approximately 1/3 of the width in the uneven groove on one side of the left and right from the center of the width of the tread plate is clearly colored and displayed in a configuration to be described later. Since there is a body and a display that displays the characters and marks that this display means above the body,
Due to the synergistic effect of the display body and the display device, it is possible to strongly appeal to a position where an elderly person or a weak walking person who does not intend to walk on the treadle stands, and as a result, can be guided to a safe use position. And
It guides the pedestrian and the stationary person on the treads intersecting at the entrance with their visual acuity, and exerts the effect of rectifying the flow line of the passenger.
Further, to the guide range of the display body, one side of the side on which the display body and the display unit are guided by a color tone applied to both or one of the handrail and the balustrade member colored in a similar color to the coloring pattern. With consistency, it is easy to stand out and the induction effect can be further enhanced.

That is, the display body 7 is a strip-shaped display body piece 7A (the display body 7 is an aggregate of these) along the bottom surface 4B of the many elongated concave and convex grooves 4A provided in one direction of the surface of the tread plate 4. , A part of a colored pattern of a footprint mark such as an ellipse is displayed), and both ends in the longitudinal direction have the same surface shape as the tread plate 4 as shown in FIG. The end tread pieces 4C arranged at the front and rear ends of the tread plate 4 are fixed to the bottom surface 4B of the uneven groove 4A by tightening screws (not shown) or the like. Further, the display piece 7A is fixed as described above to several grooves of the concave and convex grooves 4A as shown in FIG. 3, but is shown in FIG. 4 with respect to the metal tread plate 4 on which the magnet is attracted. As described above, it is composed of a multilayer body in which the elongated strip-shaped magnet plate 7a, the metal plate 7b, and the synthetic resin plate 7c are respectively joined (adhered or the like).

In the magnet body 7a, the fixing strength of the bottom surface 4B in the longitudinal direction is increased, and in the metal plate 7b, the display piece 7A is formed.
While enhancing its own strength, a footprint mark or the like is displayed on the pattern coloring portion 7d on the back surface of the synthetic resin plate 7c, while the synthetic resin plate 7c
The pattern coloring portion 7d is protected by itself (prevention of peeling of the pattern) to extend its life and enhance visibility. In this case, the pattern coloring portion 7d for displaying a footprint mark or the like is printed or painted with a color tone such as blue or green which can be easily visually recognized even by a low-vision person, and the synthetic resin plate 7c itself is made of a material (see FIG. For example, a transparent acrylic resin plate) is used.
