Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire connection structure which enables the further higher density wiring of wires wired on an insulation board with connection members between. SOLUTION: This wire connection structure is such that, a plurality of compression terminals 13A and 13B are made to protrude from one surface of an insulation board 11, and wires W are connected with the compression terminals 13A and 13B. Slots 18 with which the wires W having same diameters can be connected in the multistage arrangement from its top are formed with same widths and long lengths on tips of at least one compression terminal 13B. As a result, the wires W can be wired in the multistage arrangement on the insulation board 11. With such a constitution, the number of wires W which can be wired on the certain area can be increased, so that the further higher density wiring can be realized. By the higher density wiring, the dimensions of the insulation board 11 can be also reduced.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, a plurality of electric wires having the same diameter are formed at the leading end of at least one connecting member so as to be long and connectable in multiple stages from above. By increasing the number of electric wires that can be laid on the insulating substrate having a large area, it is possible to further increase the density of electric wires laid on the insulating substrate. With the increase in the density, the size of the insulating substrate can be reduced. Also, since the slots are formed to have the same width, the distance between adjacent wires connected in the slot can be made variable, and the distance between the wires connected in the slot and the insulating substrate can also be made variable. It is possible to form an extremely free wiring route three-dimensionally on the substrate.
