【請求項1】 ポリオレフィン微多孔膜の片面または両面に、下記一般式(1)〜(5)で示される化合物から選ばれる少なくとも1種のフェロセン誘導体からなる薄膜が形成されてなる電池用セパレータ。

R4−C5H4−Fe−C5H5 (2)
R5−(C=O)−C5H4−Fe−C5H5 (3)
R6−NH−(C=O)−C5H4−Fe−C5H5 (4)
(R7-)(R8-)P-C5H4-Fe-C5H4-P(-R9)(-R10)(5)
(式中、R1、R2及びR3は、アルキル基を表し、同じでも異なっていてもよく、R4は、アルケニル基を表し、R5は、アルキル基を表し、R6は、アルキル基を表し、R7、R8、R9及びR10は、アリール基又はアルキル基を表し、同じでも異なっていてもよい。)
【請求項2】 前記フェロセン誘導体が、ビニルフェロセンであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電池用セパレータ。
【請求項3】 前記フェロセン誘導体が、ブチリルフェロセンであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電池用セパレータ。
【請求項4】 前記フェロセン誘導体が、N−メチルフェロセンカルボキシアミドであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電池用セパレータ。
【請求項5】 ポリオレフィン微多孔膜の片面または両面に、下記一般式(1)〜(5)で示される化合物から選ばれる少なくとも1種のフェロセン誘導体を含有する溶液を塗布し、次いで加熱、乾燥させることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の電池用セパレータの製造方法。

(Wherein, R 1 , R 2 and R 3 represent an alkyl group, which may be the same or different, R 4 represents an alkenyl group, R 5 represents an alkyl group, and R 6 represents an alkyl group And R 7 , R 8 , R 9 and R 10 represent an aryl group or an alkyl group, which may be the same or different.)
