Hitherto, as a gripping structure for a rope material,
As shown in FIG. 11 (a), a rope material is sandwiched between two metal plates 101 and 102 provided with a guide groove 111 of a rope material 130, or as shown in FIG. In this case, the local area is clamped by using a specially shaped locking member 113. However, a rope material 30 generally used for a shock absorbing fence is called a wire rope, and as shown in FIG. If the number of strands of strands and the number of strands are increased, it becomes a rope material with an outer shape closer to a circle, but it becomes a very expensive wire rope, so it is inexpensive and has high strand strength For example, as shown in FIG. 8, one having 3 × the number of strands (1 + 6) is used. Therefore, since the external cross-sectional shape is close to a triangle, FIG.
In a structure in which a rope material is sandwiched between two metal plates as shown in (a) or a structure in which a local material is sandwiched as shown in FIG. The wire was broken by the pressing force, and the pressing force did not become constant, and the gripping force of the rope material varied, so that energy could not be stably absorbed.

[0004] There is also a gripping structure of a rope material in which a bay portion 112 is provided in a holding groove of a metal plate as shown in FIG.
Also in this case, the outer shape of the rope material is closer to a triangle than a circle,
In addition, since the outer shape is round in the longitudinal direction, there is a technical problem that the rope material cannot be uniformly pressed. In addition, when the rope material is attached, a high torque is required because it is locally pressed, and special parts shapes and tools are also required.

More specifically, based on an example of the cross-sectional shape of the gripping groove shown in FIG. 2, since the depth dimension d is made larger than the radius of the rope material 30, the rope material is pressed when the rope material is pressed into the gripping groove. Since the center of the material is located on the inner side of the groove from the upper end 11a of the holding groove 11, the strand of the rope material does not protrude outside the groove, and at the bottom of the holding groove and the side surfaces on both sides,
It works so as to more reliably hold and contact. In this case,
The guide width dimension C of the upper surface of the box, which forms the guide portion of the rope material from the upper end 11a of the grip groove (the flank of the presser projection) to the upper surface 1a of the box, is made larger than the outer shape of the rope material to have an R shape 1b. It is desirable to make it easier to press-fit the rope material and prevent the wire from sticking out.

The gripping groove 11 of the box 1 accommodates the middle of the rope material 30 and places the pressing surface 21a of the projection 21 of the pressing tool 2 on the rope material. The bolt 3 is passed through the pressing tool 2 and tightened via the washer 4 and the nut 5. At this time, the head of the bolt 3 hits the detent 14 and co-rotation is avoided. The rope material is guided by the trumpet-shaped portion of the guide groove, and the rope material is further pushed into the center of the groove by the semicircular pressing surface 21a of the projection 21 of the pressing tool 2. The gripping force of the rope material is determined by the tightening force of the nut 5 that presses the pressing tool 2. When an impact force acts on the rope material 30 due to factors such as falling rocks or collision of a traveling vehicle, the impact force is reduced by the rope material 3.
0 acts as tension, and this tension is transmitted to the rope gripper. As shown in FIG. 1, the rope material 30 is gripped by frictional resistance between the pressing surface 21 a of the protrusion 21 of the pressing tool 2 and the holding groove 11 of the box 1. Therefore, when the tension acting on the rope member 30 is equal to or less than the set frictional force, the rope member 30 does not slide. When the tension acting on the rope member 30 exceeds the set frictional force, the rope member 30 starts sliding, and the impact energy is effectively attenuated by the sliding frictional resistance.

FIG. 9 shows an example in which the gripping device according to the present invention is applied to a cross gripping bracket E3 for gripping the horizontal rope 30 and the vertical rope 60 of the rock fall protection fence in a cross. In this case, the upper plate 71 and the lower plate 72 are provided with the rope material holding grooves 11 and the protrusions 21 corresponding to the pressing tools, respectively. As shown in FIG. 9, the cross-grip metal fitting E3 is applied to the connecting portion between the horizontal rope material gripping device E1 and the horizontal rope material and the vertical rope material, and the gripping force F3 of the cross grip metal fitting E3 is changed to the horizontal rope material gripping device E1. When the gripping force is set to be larger than F1 and is set to be smaller than the cutting force F0 of the rope material, the rope materials slide against each other against mutual frictional force. In addition, it works so that the grid of the vertical rope material does not become large, and as a result, the entire fence can absorb and receive the impact energy of the rock.

The present invention has the following effects from the structure and operation described above. With a groove width smaller than the outer diameter of the rope material, energy is constantly absorbed by friction on the entire side surface of the groove width, so that impact can be absorbed with a small tightening torque. Therefore, the number and size of the fastening bolts can be significantly reduced as compared with the conventional metal fittings. When the groove length is longer than the strand pitch and the arrangement of the projections of the pressing tool is set to 1/2 of the strand pitch, a stable tension can be obtained with a small friction surface due to the pressing surface of the projection. The size can be greatly reduced as compared with the tool. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 4, the conventional gripping tool has a large metal fitting, so that a two-groove gripping tool which cannot be put to practical use can be adopted.

The number of bolts is reduced, the tightening torque is reduced,
By reducing the weight of the metal fittings, the number of work steps during construction is greatly reduced. Furthermore, material costs and construction costs can be significantly reduced as compared with the conventional case. In addition, since the tools at the time of construction can be handled by conventional tools, special expensive tools are not required.
