覆鋼板について、有機樹脂皮膜、クロメート、亜鉛めっ
きを希塩酸でエッチング除去し、冷延鋼板表面の平均粗
さJIS−Raを接触式粗さ計で、山カウント数を非接
触式粗さ計でそれぞれ測定した。山カウント数は、カッ
トオフ値を100〜150μmの間に設定した。測定し
た結果を黒点錆発生評価と併せて表1に示す。なお、表
1において、黒点錆発生評価は、高温多湿環境(平均気
温26〜31℃、平均相対湿度70〜85RH%)の条
件下で4ヶ月間保管した鋼板の黒点錆の発生個数により
行い、105cm2面積当たりの黒点錆の個数が以下の
基準で評価した。
