Claims (4)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 植物繊維と熱可塑性樹脂からなる基材を
塑性変形可能な温度に予熱し、該予熱した基材に加飾材
を重合してプレス機械にセットし、プレス機械の上型又
は下型に前記基材を屈曲させる屈曲箇所に対応して凸条
を突設し、前記重合した基材と加飾材を前記上型と下型
の間でプレス加工して両者を接合して化粧貼りボードを
形成するとともに前記屈曲箇所に対応して該化粧貼りボ
ードに凹溝を形成し、前記化粧貼りボードを前記凹溝に
沿って屈曲することを特徴とする化粧貼りボードを屈曲
して成形する成形体の製造方法。
