Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily produce a desired recording paper by devising a recording paper so as to obtain the recording paper satisfying a desired function so that a desired configuration can be obtained in the configuration of end parts after cutting along perforated lines even when a deviation is generated between the position of the perforated lines and the position of cut-ins, in the recording paper with the perforated lines, which is employed for a heat transfer recording device and provided with readily cut perforated lines at both sides in the lengthwise direction of the same. SOLUTION: The recording paper with perforated lines is rounded at the terminal parts of the long sides of the same and, further, added with parts of the same continuous to the cut-ins while the perforated lines are constituted so as to have configurations intersecting with the long sides at the parts of the cut-ins while the recording system employs the recording paper with perforated lines.

2. Description of the Related Art Today, with the spread of digital video cameras, digital cameras, and the like, the demand for color printers for recording color images obtained by them has increased. As one of the recording methods of such a color printer, there is a method in which an ink sheet coated with a heat sublimable or heat-meltable ink is selectively heated by a thermal head to transfer an ink image to recording paper. In particular, the sublimation type thermal transfer recording apparatus can obtain a high-quality full-color image and is expected to be used as a color printer for a digital camera.

In this way, a print having a desired size and a desired shape can be obtained. However, as shown in FIG. Since the position of the cut and the position of the perforation coincide with each other, if the position of the perforation and the position of the cut are shifted, as shown in FIG. 9, the shape of the end portion does not satisfy the desired function. There are cases. In order to prevent this, it is necessary to prevent a deviation between the perforation position and the notch position during the preparation of the recording paper. It cannot be easily realized when creating paper.

In the recording section, a platen roller 5 and a thermal head 6 which generates heat in accordance with recording information are opposed to each other with a recording paper transport path interposed therebetween. By pressing an ink sheet 8 having an overcoat layer overcoated on the printing screen to protect the printing screen with the ink layer coated with the ink on the printing paper P by the thermal head 6, and selectively heating the printing paper P, A predetermined image is transferred and recorded on the recording P, and the protective layer is overcoated.

The ink sheet covers the printing area of the recording paper P, and has a size substantially equal to the size of yellow (Y),
Each of the magenta (M) and cyan (C) ink layers and the overcoat (OP) layer are provided side by side, and each layer is thermally transferred, and the recording paper P is returned to the recording start position P1, and the recording paper P is placed on the recording paper. , And sequentially transferred. Thus, the recording paper P
Is reciprocated by the number of the color inks and the number of overcoat layers by the transport roller pair 4 and finally guided to the paper discharge roller pair 9 to be discharged out of the housing, thereby completing the recording operation. in this way,
In a general thermal transfer recording apparatus, since three YMC colors are recorded three times in a sequential manner, it is necessary to control so that the recording leading ends of the respective colors are accurately matched. For this purpose, the recording paper P must be securely nipped and conveyed by the conveying roller pair 4 shown in FIG. For this reason, an unrecordable margin is required at the end of the recording paper P. In view of this, finally to the desired size,
In order to obtain a printed matter on which an image is recorded as widely as possible or a printed matter without an edge, as shown in FIG. 3 or FIG. A perforation 12 is provided so that the margins that cannot be obtained or a part thereof can be easily cut off later by hand.

In the recording paper P shown in FIGS. 6 and 7 ((A) and (B)), a notch is provided by being rounded at the end of the long side of the recording paper, and the recording leading to the notch in the longitudinal direction. A part of the paper is added, and the perforation is configured to intersect the long side at the cut. Therefore, by cutting at perforation 12, as shown in FIG.
It is possible to easily obtain a print having a desired size in which the image is printed as widely as possible or the image is printed on the entire surface and the four-sided ends are rounded.

[Embodiment 1] The images shown in FIGS. 7A and 8A are examples in which an image having an aspect ratio of 4: 3 is printed as wide as possible without a part of the image being overlapped. In this embodiment, the size of the recording paper after the perforation was cut was such that the length of the short side was 54 mm and the length of the long side was 85.5 mm. At this time, the size of the stamp image is 54 mm on the short side and 72 mm on the long side.

The recording paper P shown in FIGS. 6 and 7 ((A), (B))
Is provided with a notch that is rounded at the end of the long side of the recording paper, a part of the recording paper leading to the notch is added in the longitudinal direction, and the perforation has a shape that intersects the long side at this notch. It is configured. That is, as shown in FIG. 3, the end R is set to 4 mm and the cut is provided, whereas 3 m from the position where the cut in the long side direction starts.
Since the perforation is set at the position of m and the perforation intersects the long side at the notch, the position of the perforation and the position of the notch are 1
Even if there is a deviation of mm, as shown in FIG. 9, the change in shape due to the deviation is absorbed, and it is possible to obtain a desired shape of recording paper having a rounded four-side end.
