【請求項3】 前記リン酸カルシウム系セラミックス粒子の粒径が500μ±75μmである請求項1、2に記載の3次元細胞培養装置用培養カラム。
【請求項4】 前記リン酸カルシウム系セラミックスが、ハイドロキシアパタイト、リン酸三カルシウム、リン酸四カルシウムから選ばれる請求項1に記載の3次元細胞培養装置用培養カラム。
[Claims]
(1) A culture column for a three-dimensional cell culture device, which is formed by densely or densely spherical spherical calcium phosphate-based ceramic particles having a particle diameter in the range of an average particle diameter of ± 15% in a culture vessel.
(2) A binder is added at a ratio of 1: 3 to the raw material powder obtained by calcining the wet-synthesized hydroxyapatite slurry, which is dropped into liquid nitrogen to obtain frozen particles, which are then freeze-dried and fired.
