2. Description of the Related Art A Li polymer secondary battery used in recent years has a plate-like shape, is provided with an exterior body made of a film laminate, and has a battery body having a thickness of only 1 to 4 mm. (Wide surface) with a blocking mechanism incorporated. When charging the battery, if the battery is further charged even after the completion of the charging, or if the charging is performed with a current larger than the specified current, a chemical change occurs in the battery, gas is generated, and the battery is generated. As the internal pressure increases, the external body is displaced by the internal pressure, and the conductive path is interrupted by the interrupting mechanism, thereby preventing cracking and rupture of the external body.

As a result, the conductive path 11 is interrupted, charging stops, and further charging is stopped. Further, when the element 9 is broken, the spring portion 13h pushes the broken element 9 upward from below to prevent the broken element 9 from returning and prevent the conductive path 11 from re-conducting. In this way, the operation of the battery having the pressure-sensitive current cutoff mechanism is performed.
