り、段取り替えが少ない方が、生産効率が高く、無駄が
少ない。しかし、予測需要数は時間の経過とともに変動
するのが常であり、その結果、生産計画数も毎回変動
し、設備の段取り替えや計画変更による部品の購買処理
が多数発生する。
