成るチャンネルブラシを密着螺旋巻きしてコイルブラシ
を形成し、該コイルブラシのチャンネルによって形成さ
れた空洞の両端にフランジを内嵌めし、該各フランジの
中央部に同フランジ内周縁で画成せるロール挿入穴を形
成した回転ロールブラシ形成用コイルブラシにおいて、
上記各フランジの外周縁から外側方へ向け複数の突片を
間隔的に立ち上げ、該各突片を上記チャンネル底部に溶
接すると共に、該突片中の一片を上記各チャンネル巻端
の端面付近の底部に溶接したことを特徴とする回転ロー
