Recently, there has been a demand for a paper container with a spout having a small body size of 55 mm square or less. In such a small-sized paper container, the size of the inclined surface of the top portion to which the spout is attached also becomes small,
The size of the spout used had to be reduced, and thus the outer diameter of the cap had to be about 13 mm.
However, with such a small-diameter spout, a finger cannot be inserted into the nozzle of the spout main body, so that the bottom of the nozzle of the spout main body is shielded and the pull tab is pulled as in a normal spout. Therefore, for the sealing of the spout, a lid material such as a laminated material having a moderate flexibility is attached to the tip of the nozzle portion of the spout body by an easy-peeling welding layer. Adopted a structure to stick using. However, in the case of this structure, there are cases where the lid material is difficult to peel off despite the easy peel welding of the lid material.

[0004] As a result of studying the cause, the present inventors have found the following. In other words, a flat surface is formed at the tip of the nozzle portion of the spout body for attaching a lid material, and the bonding area of the flat surface is appropriately reduced, and the outer periphery of the tip is angular and does not hurt a finger or the like. For this purpose, arc surfaces are formed on the inside and outside of the flat surface, but when the lid material is welded to the flat surface, a part of the arc surface (the portion adjacent to the flat surface) is also covered with the lid material. Are welded, and the adhesion area becomes large, making it difficult to peel off. In particular, if there is a portion adhered to the arc surface outside the flat surface, it becomes difficult to peel off. Since the lid material is small at the small-diameter spout, it is difficult to grasp the lid material. Therefore, even if the lid material is slightly difficult to peel off, the opening property is affected.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and is intended to prevent the lid material from being welded to a portion outside the flat surface when the lid material is attached to the flat surface at the tip of the nozzle portion. Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a spout capable of easily removing the lid material.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a method in which a flat surface at the tip of a nozzle portion of a spout body is formed linearly with respect to a flat surface instead of a conventional arc surface. The configuration is such that an inclined surface is formed.
With this configuration, when the lid material is welded to the flat surface, the lid material hardly joins to the slope outside the flat surface, and therefore, the lid material can be easily peeled off.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS A spout according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a spout body having a cylindrical nozzle portion and a spout having a lid material adhered to the tip of the nozzle portion. In addition, a flat surface is formed at the tip of the nozzle portion, and a slope inclined linearly with respect to the flat surface is formed outside the flat surface. And, since the outside of the flat surface is not a circular arc surface but a slope, when the lid material is welded to the flat surface, the lid material hardly joins to the slope surface outside the flat surface. Can be easily peeled off.

FIG. 2 is a schematic sectional view of the spout 2.
The spout 2 is a spout main body 3 attached to the paper container 1.
And a lid member 4 whose end is closed, a cap 5, and a packing 6 arranged inside the top surface of the cap 5. As shown in FIG. 6, the spout main body 3 includes a cylindrical nozzle portion 3 b having an outer thread 3 a on the outer peripheral surface, and a flange portion 3 c for bonding to the paper container 1. Since the spout body 3 has a small diameter, it cannot be hermetically sealed by a pull tab method as seen in a normal spout. Therefore, the spout body 3 is closed by heat sealing the lid member 4 at the tip and the virgin property is obtained. Is shown. As the lid member 4 used here, a laminated material having good gas barrier properties and having an easy-peeling welded layer on the surface in contact with the spout main body 3 is used. By welding to the front end surface, the lid member 4 can be adhered to the spout body 3 in a form that can be easily opened. Further, a tab 4a is provided on the lid 4 so that a part of the lid 4 can be pinched and peeled off at the time of opening, and a plurality of tabs 4a (three in the illustrated embodiment) are provided as shown in FIG. Is provided.
Thus, by providing the plurality of tabs 4a, the spout 2
When the is attached to the paper container 1, no matter where the circumferential position of the spout 2 is, any tab 4a is located at a position where it can be easily picked up, so that it can be easily opened.

In FIGS. 6 and 7, the tip of the nozzle portion 3b of the spout body 3 has a flat surface 3 for joining the lid member 4.
The inner side is an arc surface 3f and the outer side is a linearly inclined slope 3g. Generally, the tip of the nozzle portion 3b has an arc surface inside and outside the flat surface 3e, but when the lid member 4 is welded to the flat surface 3e, a part of the arc surface (adjacent to the flat surface 3e) is formed. The lid material 4 is also welded to the portion where the lid 4 has been formed, and it is difficult to peel it off. By providing the slope 3g, when the lid 4 is welded to the flat surface 3e, the lid 4 hardly welds to the slope 3g, thereby improving the opening property. Here, in order to prevent the lid member 4 from welding to the slope 3g, the slope 3
It is necessary to increase the inclination angle θ of g with respect to the flat surface 3e to a certain degree or more. For example, it is preferable to set the inclination angle to 30 ° or more. The angle θ may preferably be small from the viewpoint of preventing the finger or the like of the user. In consideration of these, the angle θ is preferably selected to be about 30 to 60 °, more preferably about 45 °. The inside of the flat surface 3e at the tip of the spout body 3 is not limited to the illustrated circular surface 3f but may be a slope.

In FIG. 2, the cap 5 has an inner peripheral surface on which an external thread 3a on the outer peripheral surface of the nozzle portion 3b of the spout body 3 is provided.
An internal screw 5a that meshes with the gasket is provided. By screwing into the nozzle portion 3b, the packing 6 can be pressed against the tip of the nozzle portion 3b and can be reclosed. As shown in FIG. 2, the length of the cap 5 is set between the lower end 5b of the cap 5 and the base 3h of the spout body 3 in a state where the cap 5 is screwed to a position where the nozzle portion 3b is securely closed. The gap 8 is set so as to be generated.
The formation of the gap 8 allows the cap 5 to be closed when the paper container 1 with the spout 2 is washed with water in a filling device or the like.
The water that has entered the inside of the cap is discharged to the outside through the gap 8 in the subsequent drying step, and there is no possibility that the moisture remains inside the cap and causes trouble. Here, the size of the gap 8 may be about 0.1 mm or more, preferably, about 0.2 to 0.3 mm.

In FIGS. 3 and 4, a knurl composed of a number of ridges 5c is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the cap 5 so as to prevent slippage when the cap 5 is gripped and turned. The ridge 5c is formed in a direction orthogonal to the circumferential direction. The ridge 5c may be inclined with respect to the circumferential direction, that is, it may be formed so as to extend in a direction crossing the circumferential direction. Ridge 5c
Are formed to intersect at different angles with respect to the circumferential direction. That is, as shown in an enlarged manner in FIG. 5, of the side surfaces on both sides of the ridge 5 c, the side surface 5 d on the side located forward with respect to the direction in which the cap 5 is fastened to the spout main body 3 (the direction of arrow B). , The intersection angle α with respect to the circumferential direction is made substantially a right angle, and the opposite side surface 5 e
Are inclined so that the intersection angle β with respect to the circumferential direction is about 45 °. With such a configuration, in order to open the cap 5, the outer peripheral surface thereof is pinched with a finger and the arrow C is opened.
When the finger is rotated in the direction, the finger is caught on the side surface 5d substantially perpendicular to the circumferential direction of the ridge 5c, so that the cap 5 can be rotated without slipping, and the small-diameter cap 5 can be easily opened. be able to. Meanwhile, cap 5
When tightening into the nozzle portion 3b, the outer peripheral surface of the cap 5 is pinched with a finger and rotated in the direction of arrow B. The finger is slippery, so that no excessive tightening force is applied to the cap 5. For this reason, troubles such as breakage of screws due to excessive tightening of the cap 5 do not occur, and the spout main body 2 can be satisfactorily reclosed by the cap 5.

As described above, the spout 2 having the above structure has a very small cap outer diameter of about 13 mm. However, when opening the cap, the cap 5 can be easily and reliably rotated to be removed, and the spout can be removed. The lid member 4 sealing the tip of the nozzle portion of the main body 3 can be easily peeled off by grasping the tab portion 4a. After opening, cap 5
Can be pressed again against the tip of the spout body 3 to reseal it satisfactorily, and at that time, the cap 5 may be tightened too much and cause trouble. Absent.

As is apparent from the above description, the spout of the present invention is provided outside the flat surface at the tip of the nozzle portion of the spout body, instead of the conventional arc surface, a straight line with respect to the flat surface. By having a configuration that forms a slope inclined in a shape,
When the lid material is welded to the flat surface, the lid material hardly bonds to the slope outside the flat surface, so that the lid material can be easily peeled off and the spout has been made smaller, Even if it is small and hard to pick, it has an effect that it can be easily peeled off.
