2. Description of the Related Art In a drainage pipe system used in a multi-storey building such as an apartment house, drainage noise is transmitted to a floor slab and radiated into a room with respect to a drainage pipe installed through a floor slab. Various measures have been proposed as measures to prevent so-called body-borne sound. For example, assuming that a sheet metal coating material is provided around the drain pipe, on the inner surface of this coating material, a ring-shaped fire-resistant elastic material and a vibration-proof elastic material are alternately arranged along the pipe axis direction, There is a method in which the inner peripheral surface of each of these elastic materials is brought into contact with the outer surface of the tube, and mortar is filled between the outer surface of the coating material and the inner peripheral surface of the through-hole provided in the floor slab (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-108). 238661).

[0003] The above-mentioned covering material is composed of two members having a shape such that a hollow frustoconical shape having a diameter slightly larger than the drainage pipe is halved in the vertical direction, facing each other (so that the drainage pipe is held on both sides thereof). Te) to be combined. In addition to this, a fire-resistant vibration absorbing material such as rock wool is packed between the outer peripheral surface of the drain pipe and the inner peripheral surface of the through-hole, or a tape-shaped fire resistant vibration absorbing material is drained. There has been a method in which a mortar is applied by winding around a pipe, and the mortar is filled between the outer surface of the vibration absorbing material and the inner peripheral surface of the through hole.

In the countermeasures for preventing the sound from propagating in the skeleton, which has been conventionally adopted, there has been a problem that it is impossible to prevent water leakage around the drain pipe such that the floor slab penetrates in the thickness direction. That is, in the case of using the coating material having the half-split structure, a vertical joining gap is formed along the joining surface, and a lock is formed between the outer peripheral surface of the drain pipe and the inner peripheral surface of the through hole. In the case where a fire-resistant vibration absorbing material such as wool is packed, the rock wool itself has water permeability.

[0005] Therefore, when a water leakage accident occurs during construction or in a dwelling on each floor, water flows from the floor where the water leaked to the lower floor in a state of penetrating the above-mentioned joint gap or rock wool itself. There was a problem that it would. In addition, a fire-resistant vibration-absorbing material formed in a tape shape is wound and applied around a drain pipe, and mortar is packed between the outer surface of the vibration-absorbing material and the inner peripheral surface of the through-hole. The construction was troublesome. The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and it is possible to prevent water leakage that permeates a floor slab in its thickness direction,
It is an object of the present invention to provide a silencing drainage pipe that can be easily constructed.

The fact that the space between the vibration insulator and the inner peripheral surface of the through hole is directly or indirectly filled means that the space between the outer peripheral surface of the vibration insulator and the inner peripheral surface of the through hole is filled. It means that mortar or the like may or may not be filled. As described above, since the upper annular surface of the vibration insulator is covered with the waterproof ring, even if water leakage occurs on the floor slab, the vibration insulator is transmitted through the floor slab in the thickness direction through the vibration insulator. Water leakage will be prevented.
Of course, the body propagation sound is absorbed or attenuated by the vibration insulator, and the propagation to the floor slab side is suppressed or eliminated.

The vibration insulator 6 is formed in a tubular shape to be fitted to the outer peripheral surface 5a of the pipe main body 5 at a portion passing through the through hole 3. In the case of the illustrated example, since the pipe outer peripheral surface 5a of the pipe main body 5 is formed as a tapered pipe with a downward depression,
This vibration insulator 6 is also formed as a tapered hole in which at least the in-cylinder hole 6a becomes smaller in diameter toward the lower part. Therefore, in the vibration insulator 6, the in-cylinder hole 6 a can be brought into surface contact with the outer peripheral surface 5 a of the tube main body 5. Of course, it is in surface contact with the mortar 9 in the through hole 3 via the outer skin 8.

The metal sheath 8 makes the vibration insulator 6 have fire resistance or enhances fire resistance, makes the vibration insulator 6 waterproof, and further enhances the shape retention of the vibration insulator 6. It has an effect such as performing. Although the specific material is not particularly limited, for example, from the viewpoint of weight, formability, cost, and the like, it is preferable to use an aluminum-based alloy or the like. In order to attach the outer skin 8 to the vibration insulator 6, a method utilizing plastic deformation of the outer skin 8, a method of winding with a wire material or the like, or a method of bonding with a fire-resistant adhesive may be used. .

On the other hand, the waterproof ring 7 can entirely cover the upper annular surface of the vibration insulator 6. As described above, the vibration insulator 6 is provided at a level such that its upper annular surface is immersed in the through hole 3 of the floor slab 2, so that most of the waterproof ring 7 is fitted into the through hole 3. In the form of At this time, it is preferable that the upper end of the waterproof ring 7 is protruded upward from the upper surface of the floor slab 2 so that water can be returned. This waterproof ring 7
The inner diameter of the ring is made slightly smaller (about 2 mm in diameter) than the outer diameter of the outer peripheral surface 5a of the tube so that the outer peripheral surface 5a of the inner tube 5 can be brought into contact with the outer peripheral surface 5a without any gap.
