  1. (a)レンズ本体部と、
    (b)前記レンズ本体部の第1の端に設けられた3次元基準面と、
    (c)前記3次元基準面を切り取って設けられた第1の光学表面と、
    (d)前記レンズ本体部の第2の端の近傍に設けられた第2の光学表面と、
    を含むことを特徴とする成形されたレンズ要素。
  2. 前記3次元基準面と凸状の光学表面との間の略円柱形の本体部に、機械加工により設けられた環状のくぼみデータムを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の成形されたレンズ要素。
  3. 略円柱形のレンズ本体部と前記第2の光学表面との間の略円柱形のレンズ本体部の第2の端に、成形により設けられた第2の3次元基準面を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の成形されたレンズ要素。
