Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing material for building materials which can be easily diverted to a curing material having satisfactory protection performance and does not increase refuse. SOLUTION: The packing material is made of a corrugated fiberboard and is formed with auxiliary cutting lines L for assisting to make the curing material P. If the material is cut along the lines L after unpacking, it can be diverted to the curing material P for preventing the packed building materials from getting contaminated or damaged.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, building materials such as stairs and doors are usually protected by packing materials such as corrugated cardboard for easy storage and transportation until they are attached to a building. The packaging material is usually used up after unpacking, and is simply disposed of as garbage. In this case, a perforation formed so as to be disassembled into small pieces so as to be as small as possible is proposed in, for example, JP-A-11-292070.

A. Dedicated curing material For example, as proposed in Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 4-129265, a dedicated curing material that is covered according to the shape of stairs and pillars, can be easily attached without gaps, and has excellent durability. Therefore, it has the feature that it can be used repeatedly if it is washed.

[0005] b. General sheet-shaped curing material For example, as proposed in Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 8-49425, it is made of a roll-shaped endless sheet or a fixed-size mat-shaped sheet, and is appropriately cut and attached according to the shape of the building material. It is usually disposable after use and is used for flooring, stairs, doors and all other parts.

However, the conventional curing materials have the following problems. That is: (1) The cardboard of the packing material becomes garbage. When a special curing material is used, the cardboard of the packing material is no longer necessary and is discarded as garbage, so that the packing material is not effectively utilized. As for the as-cured materials that use waste materials, what originally becomes garbage is temporarily reused, and at that time it seems that it is not wasted, but there is also a case where various materials are mixed together. However, there is a problem that the subsequent processing may be troublesome.

(2) Some reusable special curing materials are liable to be worn or contaminated depending on the application location, and the maintenance burden is not small. Although there is a special hardening material having excellent durability that can withstand repeated use if washed, it gradually wears out and the protective effect as the hardening material is reduced. In addition, for example, stairs are frequently used as work passages, so walking on footsteps, wear of curing materials due to tools and other drops and injuries, etc. are large,
The burden of cleaning and restoration cannot be ignored. In addition, even though the special curing material has the same cross-sectional shape but a different length, it may not be possible to correspond to a slightly different size for each site, and cutting may be required. However, they are usually made tough to ensure their durability,
Cutting is difficult.

(3) A general disposable curing material produces both the packaging material and the curing material. The disposable curing material can be appropriately cut according to the place of use, has a large curing effect, and does not require much labor such as washing. However, both the packing material and the curing material are made of garbage. Still,
Each member having a special shape, for example, a round staircase (triangle), a handrail, a staircase skirt (sawtooth shape), etc., needs to be finely cut according to the shape and matched, but the work is easy. Rather, it takes a lot of time to cut and mount, and the fixing may be insufficient to easily come off.

[0010] (4) Curing materials which are made of waste materials are not easy to use. As the curing material with the use of waste materials is originally garbage, there is no problem of increasing the amount of garbage. However, there is no size and shape suitable for the object, and it takes a lot of time to adjust the size, shape and cut. In addition, inaccurate results are often obtained, and the exposed portions often remain, and additional scraps are needed to compensate for the inconveniences, which is inconvenient. In addition, the attached thing floats with stiffness,
It is easy to turn over, and it can be dangerous because your feet get caught when you go up and down. Note that a cardboard box has the advantage of being easy to cut, but is otherwise almost the same as the above situation.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, if the package is cut along the cutting linear figure attached after unpacking, both the shape and the dimensions match the packed building material, and the contamination and It is easy to use because it can be used directly as a curing material for preventing damage. As a result, there is no need to prepare curing materials separately, and there is no need for preparation costs and labor for cleaning. In addition, the amount of waste is reduced because only cardboard is used as the original packaging material. If they are separated from waste, they can be recycled as resources.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, in addition to the operation and effect of the first aspect of the present invention, each of the auxiliary cutting lines formed by perforations like perforations can be cut by hand without a cutting tool. The embossed material assists in guiding the movement of the cutting tool. For example, a strip-shaped material (eg, tape) such as an attached tape or a linear material such as a sewn thread is cut when removed. For example, the curing material can be divided without using a tool, and the curing material can be more easily created as compared with the case using only printing.

The auxiliary cutting line L is formed by perforation. However, the present invention is not limited to this. Part or all of the cutting auxiliary line L may be printed or embossed, and may be a band-shaped material such as a tape or thread. , Any of linear materials,
Further, the position at which the cutting auxiliary line L is formed may be outside or inside. In addition, the part to be diverted to the curing material P and the remaining part of the packing material 10 are cut off from the beginning, and until unpacking, the two parts are integrated by a tape or a thread to separate them. Thereby, it may be configured to be usable as a packing material. Separately from the above configuration, although not shown, the packaging material 10 is provided with a cutting auxiliary line composed of perforated holes that can be divided into a plurality of small pieces so as to facilitate disposal as garbage. It may be.

According to such a packing material for building materials, the packing material functions in the same manner as a normal packing material until unpacking. However, after unpacking, the packing material 10 is moved along the cutting auxiliary line L, especially by a cutting tool. By being cut by hand without using, the curing material P for protecting the door 110 can be easily obtained. After that, open frame 1
The curing material P is superimposed on the door 110 attached to the cover 15 so as to cover the front and back, and is fixed with a tape or the like, and the protruding portions of the handle 111 and the hinges 112, 112 are covered with a curing tape or the like (not shown). Just need.

According to the present embodiment, there is no need for extra work, including other means whose detailed description is omitted.
The curing material P is created, and the curing material P covers the front and back of the door 110 without excess or shortage, and can be protected from damage and contamination. Moreover, when it is no longer needed, it is removed from the door 110 and disposed of as garbage. Therefore, not only is the cost and labor of procurement and cleaning / repair of another curing material saved, but also extremely convenient, the amount of generated garbage is minimized, and if separated from other garbage, Recyclable as a resource.
