Description of the Related Art Fine-grained waste such as sludge, incinerated ash, or slag is landfilled as industrial waste at a controlled disposal site, or is illegally dumped due to a rise in processing costs, and is distributed as an expensive machine or product for turning into valuable resources. Various methods have been proposed, which are very difficult, such as securing a sales channel to make them available, but they are still trial and error, and the absolute method has not been established.

It is mixed and kneaded. By using a hardening agent mainly composed of an inorganic metal element, the inorganic metal element is ion-bonded to the surface of the organic substance contained in the solidification target, and the hydration reaction of cement can be performed even for fine-grained waste containing organic substances. It can be easily solidified without hindrance.

The cement amount is shown as a result of setting the water cement ratio to 120% and changing the ratio of the solidification target. The mixture is extruded as a circular continuous molded product while being degassed by a vacuum kneader. This is put into a crusher after curing,
Classify and sell as recycled crushed stone and embankment material. Next, the result of measuring the compressive strength of the product obtained by the above-mentioned production method is shown. The test results of the various formulations proved that the strength of the ready-mixed concrete for civil engineering exceeded 180 kg / cm 2 and was sufficient to be used as recycled crushed stone and embankment material. Furthermore, when a harmful heavy metal or the like is contained in the solidified object, a chelant is added by adding a chelating agent corresponding to the component of the heavy metal contained in the object, thereby causing a chemical change to the heavy metal to be harmless. If a product that can be converted is already available on the market, harmful fine waste such as incinerated ash can be converted into a valuable resource.
