が、該範囲を超えて、前記可撓性リブ9が前記軸方向切
断面部2aから外れると該可撓性リブ9による中立位置
への付勢はなくなり、或いは、弱くなる。そのため、前
記範囲を超えて回転しないように前記回転キー2に適宜
ストッパーを設けることも可能である。
