[0003] As for the former method of mounting a solar cell panel on a roof, there are a method of mounting a gantry on a roof and mounting the solar cell panel on the gantry, and a method of mounting a solar cell panel between roof materials. However, the method of mounting the solar panel on the roof via the gantry requires that the solar panel be firmly attached to withstand the wind pressure, making the installation work difficult and the solar panel to be installed on the roofing material. The method of installation in between takes a lot of man-hours to waterproof the seam between the roof and the solar panel, and in any case,
Both methods have the disadvantage of being expensive.

The roof material body in the present invention includes a metal material, an inorganic material, a plastic material and a composite material thereof. A metal material is preferable from the viewpoint of weather resistance and the like, and a metal plate is particularly preferable because it can be formed on the roofing material main body by pressing it. Among various metal plates, stainless steel plate, galvanium steel plate, aluminum plated steel plate, galvanized steel plate, vinyl chloride coated steel plate, aluminum plate,
Aluminum alloy plates, copper plates and the like are preferred.

At this time, the concave portion is desirably shaped so that the solar cell can be completely fitted. Further, since the solar cell is provided with a terminal box, a lead wire, and the like, it is preferable to provide a recess for accommodating the terminal box and the lead wire in the concave portion. Further, since there is a cable for extracting electric power from the terminal box to the outside, a dent or a cutout for inserting the cable may be provided. The terminal box used at this time is usually a container made of a modified PPO (polyphenylene oxide) resin, and a lead wire having a cross-sectional area of approximately 2 mm 2 is often used.

Further, when a bank portion on the water side of the roofing material body is extended in the water direction, and this extended portion is made higher than the bank portion to provide a water rim waterproof rib, rainwater falling on the roofing material body is reduced. Even if the upper surface of the roofing material with solar cells is back-flowed by wind or the like due to wind or the like, the water does not cross over the water-proof edge ribs, and as a result, rainwater does not leak onto the lower roofing material, which is preferable. In the present invention, one end of the claw member is attached to the bank above or below the roof of the roofing material body, but this is because one end of the claw member is attached only to the bank above the water. It may be attached to only the bank part below the water, or may be attached to both bank parts above and below the water. Furthermore, it may be attached to the left and right banks. The number of the claw members may be one or more. Further, there may be a plurality of claw members, and the claw members may be divided into two sets, one set being attached to the bank on the water side and the other set being attached to the bank section on the water side.

Although the material and shape of the claw member are not particularly limited, short members such as various types of plated steel plates and stainless steel are preferable. This short body depends on the shape of the solar cell and the bank,
It may be formed into an appropriate shape, for example, into a flat, curved, U-shaped, or Z-shaped shape. The other end of the claw member is inserted above the surface of the solar cell and pressed down from above to fix the solar cell. At this time, the other end of the claw member and the solar cell are fixed. It is preferable that a cushioning material is provided between the solar cell and the surface of the solar cell without damaging the solar cell.

As described above, as means for providing a cushioning material between the other end of the claw member and the surface of the solar cell, the cushioning material is previously attached to the lower surface of the other end of the claw member or the surface of the solar cell. The other end of the claw member may be extended over the surface of the solar cell, and a cushioning material may be provided between the other end of the claw member and the surface of the solar cell. When inserting the part on the surface of the solar cell to fasten the solar cell, sandwich the buffer between them, so as to provide a buffer between the other end of the claw member and the surface of the solar cell Is also good.

Although there are various types of such cushioning materials, a plate-like body of an elastic material such as silicone resin or rubber or a synthetic resin foam such as an acrylic resin foam is preferable. One end of the claw member is fixed by a fixing member penetrating from above the claw member to below the bank of the roofing material main body. Examples of such fixing members include rivets, screws, bolts and nuts.

The solar cell used in the present invention is not particularly limited. That is, there are solar cells made of semiconductors such as silicon-based semiconductors and compound semiconductors. Also, there are various types of solar cells such as single-crystal, polycrystalline, and amorphous silicon-based semiconductors and compound semiconductors. And so on. Although the size of the solar cell is not limited, it is preferable that the size of the solar cell be as large as possible within the concave portion of the roofing material body because the power generation amount of the solar cell increases.

It is preferable that the height of the solar cell is substantially the same as the depth of the concave portion, but it may be slightly higher or lower. For example, the height of the solar cell may be 1-5 mm higher or lower than the depth of the concave portion. If the height of the solar cell is different from the depth of the concave portion, the claw member attached to the bank above or below the water is a plate-like body having a step substantially equal to the difference, and this claw member is used. What is necessary is just to fix a solar cell.

The backing material used in the second aspect of the present invention reinforces the mechanical strength of the metal plate while adjusting the shape of the roofing material. That is, if the metal plate is thin,
It has the drawback that it is easy to bend and that people are likely to dent when placed on it. However, if a backup material is attached to the back surface of this metal plate, it will be difficult to bend and even if people are placed on it. This backup material may be provided with a notch or a recess through which a cable or the like passes as required.

If the backup material is heavy, the roof material with solar cells becomes heavy and the load on the roof increases,
Lighter is preferred. Also, those with excellent sound insulation and heat insulation properties make it difficult to hear the sound of rainwater falling on the roofing material with solar cells, making the living room under the roof quiet, and irradiating the sun with hot water. It is preferable because the thermal influence of the roof such as cooling at night in winter or the like is reduced.
