さらにリン酸モノエステラーゼを含有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のカルシウムイオン測定用試薬組成物。

少なくともホスフォリパーゼD、ホスフォリパーゼDの基質、グリコールエーテルジアミン四酢酸、およびジエチレントリアミン五酢酸を含有するカルシウムイオン測定試薬組成物にカルシウムイオンを含有する試料溶液を添加した後、ホスフォリパーゼD生成物を測定することを特徴とするカルシウムイオンの測定方法。

該カルシウムイオン測定試薬組成物が、さらにリン酸モノエステラーゼを含有することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のカルシウムイオンの測定方法。

ホスフォリパーゼDをグリコールエーテルジアミン四酢酸およびジエチレントリアミン五酢酸処理することを特徴とする、カルシウムイオン測定用試薬組成物におけるホスフォリパーゼDのカルシウムイオンに対する特異性を高める方法。

ホスフォリパーゼDをグリコールエーテルジアミン四酢酸およびジエチレントリアミン五酢酸処理することを特徴とする、カルシウムイオンの測定方法におけるホスフォリパーゼDのカルシウムイオンに対する特異性を高める方法。

請求項5に記載の方法を利用することを特徴とする、試料中のカルシウムイオンの測定方法。
【請求項8】
ホスフォリパーゼDをグリコールエーテルジアミン四酢酸およびジエチレントリアミン五酢酸処理した水溶液に、マグネシウムイオンを共存させることを特徴とする、カルシウムイオン測定用試薬組成物の長期保存安定化方法。

A reagent composition for measuring calcium ion, comprising at least phospholipase D, a substrate of phospholipase D, glycol ether diaminetetraacetic acid, and diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid.
