れより遙かに耐久性の優れたコーナークリップは、この
トレーから取り外して反復利用出来る。 (c)通い箱の取扱中に衝撃力が加えられ易い、四隅箇
所の外側面を、コーナークリップが被覆してくれる。 (d)その為、通い箱の取扱中に衝撃力を及ぼされ易
い、トレーの四隅箇所が、コーナークリップによって極
めて効果的に防護される。 (e)通い箱を段積した時に、上段側の箱の荷重を、下
段側のトレーに直接伝えずに、下段側のコーナークリッ
プだけで確実に受け止めてくれる。 (f)従って、上方からの荷重によって、トレーが圧縮
変形する恐れが殆ど無くなる。 (g)コーナークリップの上端面及び下端面に、係合突
部及び係合凹部を設けたことによって、段積した時の、
通い箱相互の横ズレを確実に防げる。 (h)長さ寸法が、横幅寸法の整数倍のサイズの、複数
種類のトレーを段積する場合に、上下のトレーを互いに
直交向きにした状態で、極めて安定に段積み出来る。 (i)その場合にも、上下の通い箱の各コーナークリッ
プの係合突部と係合凹部とを確実に係合させられる。 (J)トレーの四隅箇所のコーナークリップは、常時、
取付けたままにして置くことによって、通い箱の折上・
折畳操作を迅速・確実に行い易くなる。 (k)又、折畳んだ通い箱を段積保管する時に、コーナ
ークリップがトレーを保護してくれる。

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 1枚のシート材からトレー状に折上げら
れ、隣接する各1組の側壁の対向側端間を結ぶ連結片
に、トレーの底面の各隅角から延びる重合用斜折目を設
けたトレーと、 前記連結片の、重合用斜折目を境とした片側部分を、隣
接する側壁に重ね合わせた重合箇所を挟み付けて、この
重合状態を固定させると共に、トレーの各隅角箇所を補
強する為の、剛性材料製で着脱自在のコーナークリップ
との組合わせから成ることを特徴とするハイブリッド構
造の折畳式通い箱。
