Since the in-flight pressure is about 80% of the normal pressure, blood flow deteriorates.
Further, since the blood circulation of the legs is extremely deteriorated because the user has been sitting in a narrow seat for a long time, a small thrombus is easily formed in the vein.
The same is true even when sitting in a car for a long time.

(3) The exercise equipment for an aircraft is characterized in that it is connected at an interval of about the width and the footboard outer end (4) is provided with an inclined surface. The material is made of plastic, which is lightweight and easy to use. Also, if the holding arm is divided and fixed at the middle part (5) and can be folded, it is easy to carry while traveling, and an elastic cord (6) is attached between each foot plate or holding arm, When the footboard is expanded from the folded state, 100
When the foot is pressed firmly at the same time with a shoe, the confronting angle of the foot plate may be opened to about 180 degrees. Can move smoothly without any resistance. Furthermore, when placing the shoe on the footboard, one is almost parallel to the floor and is in contact with the shoe sole on the surface, but the other is 120 degrees upward and downward, so it will contact the shoe sole with a line, If the outer end is provided with a slope that is substantially parallel to the shoe sole, the shoe contacts the shoe sole at the surface, so that the shoe can push down the footboard in a stable state. An example is shown in FIG. 3, but both ends (7) of the foot plate are fixed to the holding arm, and the end of the auxiliary bar (8) is also fixed to a position slightly inward from the fixing portion. When the end is fixed at a position slightly away from the axle of the support plate (9), one end of which is affixed to the axis of the middle part of the holding arm, the holding arm and the auxiliary beam become a link mechanism, and each footboard is always on the floor. And keep it parallel.

However, when the exercise tool for the aircraft according to the present invention is placed on the feet with the footboards spread, and the soles are placed on each footboard. One footboard portion is in contact with the floor of the aircraft, and the other footboard faces obliquely upward, so that the shoe sole rests on an inclined surface substantially parallel to the floor at the outer end of the footboard. Next, when the other shoe is pushed down, the footboard in contact with the floor rises,
When the other footboard touches the floor and repeats this alternately, the foot repeats the stepping state. If you do not use exercise equipment, it is difficult to step on, but if you use the in-plane exercise equipment of the present invention, you can step on rhythmically for a long time, use muscles that push down by putting power on the feet, and muscles because the feet move up and down This is a movement similar to walking when there is expansion and contraction, and if it is performed several times several minutes, the blood will be pushed up by a pump, and blood circulation will be promoted, making it difficult for thrombus to be formed. Also, attach a strong rubber cord or spring between the footboards,
When the footboard is opened up to about 180 degrees, the running tool uses more muscles of the legs when opening the footboard by putting effort on both feet, so the exercise effect is high, and the surface of the footboard has non-slip irregularities. When it is used with bare feet other than anti-slip, the stimulation to the soles and the arches increases, so that the effect of recovering fatigue and eliminating jet lag can be obtained. If the mechanism shown in FIG. It is easy to step on because it is almost parallel to the sole. In addition, this exercise equipment can be used not only in an aircraft but also in a long-distance bus or truck similarly to an aircraft, and can also be used in the rear seat of a passenger car. Furthermore, since the legs can be exercised even when working for a long time at a desk such as a computer operation, it can be used even when there is no time to exercise due to work, housework, study, etc.
