Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and sufficiently hold the encoffined remains to an insulating state especially in a funeral hall, or the like, in the summertime, or the like. SOLUTION: The assemblable remains insulating box 1 is constituted so that individual members are preserved in a separated state when unused. When used, a coffin K having the remains housed therein is placed on a bottom panel 14 at first and four side panels 13 are attached to the peripheral edge parts of the bottom panel 14 in a freely separable manner to form a box frame 2 so as to surround the coffin K and the upper lid of the coffin K is detached to cover the box frame 2 with a lid member 3 and cold air is supplied to the internal space 7 of the box frame by a cooling unit 4 arranged to a lid member 3. By this constitution, the remains H in the coffin can be held to a cooled state. The individual members are separated when the coffin K is carried out of the home to detach the coffin K.

In the assemblable refrigerated box of the present invention, when used, the box is transported in a state of being disassembled to a funeral ceremony hall or the like, and the corpse is first placed on a bottom plate at the ceremony hall or the like. Place the coffin, assemble four side plates around the bottom plate to form a box frame, cover the coffin with the lid open over the top opening of the box frame with the top lid removed, and seal the inside The cooling unit is operated to supply cold air to the inside. Therefore, the casket does not need to be packed with a cooling agent such as dry ice or the like, and the body can be kept in a sufficiently cold state until the coffin is removed. Moreover, when the coffin is opened, the lid member of the box is opened, the upper cover is put on the coffin again, and the side plate of the box frame is removed from the bottom plate, so that the coffin can be prepared immediately. Then, the box body is compacted by being disassembled in a disassembled state, is easy to carry, and can be used repeatedly.

The cooling unit 4 is connected to an electric wiring cord 8 connected thereto.
V is connected to a household external power supply, and the power is supplied to generate cool air in the internal space 7 as shown by an arrow in the figure, thereby keeping the internal space 7 cool. With respect to the internal configuration of the cooling unit 4, for example, a known cooling mechanism generally installed in a refrigerator, a freezer, a cool car, or the like can be adopted. Therefore, although illustration and description of the details of the internal configuration are omitted, in the cooling unit 4, a condenser, a compressor, an evaporator, an expansion valve, and the like forming a cooling system are connected to a gas refrigerant piping system, Along with this, various control valves, fans, electric switches and the like are provided. When the cooling unit 4 is operated, the electric wiring cord 8 may be connected to an external power supply (not shown).

Reference numeral 12 denotes a pedestal attached to the lower surface of the bottom plate 14 to which the lower end of the side plate 13 of the box frame 2 is assembled. The pedestal is bent in the direction of the arrow from the open leg position shown in FIG. It is operable between the shown closed leg positions, and in the open leg position, as shown in FIG. 1, keeps the cooling box 1 at a predetermined height from the ground. A roller 12a is attached to the tip of each of the legs 12, so that the cool box 1 can be moved smoothly in the open state. The box frame 2 having an open upper end is formed by detachably assembling the four side plates 13 cooperating with the peripheral portion of the rectangular bottom plate 14.

As shown in FIG. 1, in a cool box 1 of the present invention, a coffin K containing a corpse H is housed in an internal space 7 with the upper lid of the coffin removed by a chain line, In this state, the cooling unit 4 is operated by supplying electricity from an external power supply (not shown) via the electric wiring cord 8, and cool air is supplied to the internal space 7 by the cooling unit 4 to keep the body cool. Therefore, it is not necessary to pack a cooling agent such as dry ice into the coffin K even in summer. The mortuary H inside can be seen from the outside of the cool box 1 via the sight glass 5. The viewing window 5 is made of, for example, triple glass in order to enhance the heat insulating effect.

The refrigerated refrigerated box 1 according to the present invention having the above-described structure.
Thus, for example, the corpse stored in the coffin is kept cool at a funeral ceremony hall or the like. Then, at the time of excavation, first, the electric wiring cord 8 is disconnected from an external power supply (not shown) to stop the operation of the cooling unit 4, and the lid member 3 is attached to the box frame 2.
It is removed more, and the top lid of coffin K is put on the coffin instead. Next, the four surrounding side plates 13 are removed from the bottom plate 14 to expose the coffin K, and only the coffin is carried into a hearse or the like. still,
If the coffin K is moved to the entrance of the hearse using the roller 12a of the pedestal 12 with the coffin K placed on the bottom plate 14, the coffin K can be easily carried in.

As shown in FIG. 2, a hook-shaped curved hooking piece 15 is integrally formed at the lower end of each side plate 13, and an engaging hole 16 is formed at the peripheral edge of the corresponding bottom plate 14. A retaining shaft 17 is provided, and the four side plates 13 are attached to the bottom plate 14 by inserting the retaining pieces 15 into the engaging holes 16 and engaging with the corresponding retaining shafts 17. The bottom plate 14 can be detachably assembled at a right angle to the bottom plate 14. 6 (a), 6 (b) and 6 (c) further show details of the above configuration. The latching piece 15 and the latching shaft 17 constitute hinge means for detachably assembling the side plate 13 and the bottom plate 14.

FIG. 5 shows a state in which 4
The combination of a long side plate 13a along the longitudinal direction and a narrow side plate 13b along the width direction among the side plates 13 is shown. As shown, a step 19 is formed at the end of one side plate 13a, and the end of the other side plate 13b is assembled with the seal 20 interposed therebetween. Therefore,
The step 19 prevents the side plate 13 b from falling inward from this position, that is, in the direction of the internal space 7. When the lid member 3 is put on the upper end of the four side plates 13, the lid member 3
The bent outer peripheral edge 3a is engaged with the upper end of the side plate 13, so that the side plate 13 is held without falling outward. In other words, if the lid member 3 is removed from the box frame 2, the upper end of each side plate 13 is released, and the separating operation is easy.
Note that the seal 20 also performs the same function as the seal 18.

As described above, when the mortuary packed in the casket is used for the assemblable mortuary box 1 according to the present invention, the refrigerated box is separated or folded up to a funeral ceremony hall or the like. Transport at the site, the coffin on the bottom plate 14
The K is placed, and the side plates 13 are assembled to the bottom plate 14 to form the box frame 2. Then, the upper lid of the coffin K is removed, and the lid member 3 is put on the upper opening 2 a of the box frame 2. Thereafter, when the cooling unit 4 is energized and operated, cool air is supplied to the internal space 7 and the refrigerated body H in the coffin K is kept cool. Cooling unit 4
When the cover member 3 is disposed at a position corresponding to a substantially central portion of the corpse H stored in the coffin, the circulation of cool air in the internal space 7 is good, and a remarkable cooling effect can be obtained. However, the cooling unit 4 can be provided at another position of the box 1.

As described above, when the coffin of the corpse H in the cool state is removed, the operation of the cooling unit 4 is stopped, the cover member 3 is removed, the upper cover of the coffin K is put on, and each side plate 13 is opened. If you expose the coffin K, you can easily prepare the casket. After the coffin, the disassembled side plate and bottom plate can be compacted by superimposing them together with the lid member 3, so that they can be easily transported and used repeatedly.
