Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of simply manufacturing a bag-shaped container using a thin material by an automated process. SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing a bag-shaped container formed from a multilayered laminated sheet, the bottom wall part 4 of a sheet 15, wherein a pair of planar parts 2 and 2', the bottom wall part 4 positioned between the planar parts and a pair of side wall parts are integrally formed, is folded into a pantagraph like side surface shape by a pair of trough fold lines 12 and 12' laterally traversing the boundaries of the planar parts and the bottom wall part, a central trough fold line 14 for laterally bisecting the bottom wall part and two chevron fold lines 13 and 13' for laterally bisecting the areas between these trough fold lines. A pair of the side wall parts are vertically folded double to be folded inwardly and, subsequently, one planar part is erected along the trough fold line 14 of the bottom wall part to be folded back to the other planar part to form a bag-shaped article and the inner surfaces of the end edges excepting the opening end part side of the bag-shaped article are thermally bonded to each other to form thermal adhesive parts to the end edges.

2. Description of the Related Art A pair of flat portions constituting the front and rear surfaces of a bag-like container, a pair of side walls which are folded inward and adhered between the flat portions, and a pair of side portions formed between the flat portions and the side walls. A bag-like container with a bottom forming sheet adhered so as to cover one end,
By providing the side wall portion, the volume can be larger than that of the bag-shaped container not provided with the side wall portion, and when the contents are packed, the overall shape is squared, and when packing the bag-shaped container, The gap between each container can be reduced.

[0004] The above-mentioned bag-shaped container has excellent self-standing stability, but when the bag-shaped container is lifted by hand, the bottom wall portion is a horizontal surface, so that the weight of the contents is kept flat with the bottom wall portion. It will be supported by the bottom heat seal part, the bottom wall part is easily bent downward,
There is a problem with the shape retention of the bottom, which hinders the manufacture of the bag-like container from thin materials. In addition, the manufacturing method requires a step of making a cut in the seal portion between the bonded flat surface portion and the side wall portion, and a process of folding and expanding the cut side wall portion outward.

In the manufacturing method according to the invention of the prior application, when the bottom wall is folded into a mountain shape, it is necessary to form a slant ridge in advance so as to form a fold. This requires extra labor in automating the manufacturing process. The present invention makes it possible to easily produce a bag-like container that can be folded into a bag shape without imparting a folding habit to a thin material sheet in advance, has a good shape retention property in an automated process, and has good self-standing stability. It is an object of the present invention to provide a manufacturing method which can be performed.

According to the present invention, there is provided a bag-shaped container comprising a pair of flat portions constituting the front and rear surfaces, a pair of side wall portions which are folded inward and bonded between the flat portions, In a method of manufacturing a bag-like container in which a bottom portion covering one end of a flat portion and a side wall portion is formed of a multilayer laminate sheet, at least a pair of flat portions and a bottom wall portion located therebetween are formed as an integral part. A sheet is formed, and the bottom wall portion of the sheet is defined by a pair of straight valley fold lines that traverse transversely along a boundary between the pair of flat portions and the bottom wall portion, and the pair of valley fold lines. The bottom wall portion to be folded into a pantograph-like side shape with its horizontal center line and two straight horizontal mountain fold lines separating the pair of valley fold lines, and then a pair of vertically folded two Fold the side wall of the hill so that the mountain fold line side faces each other. A folded bottom wall and a pair of flat sides are placed or folded inward to form a bag-like material, and the inner surfaces of the edges except for the open end side of the bag-like material are thermally bonded to each other. This is a method for manufacturing a bag-like container in which a thermal bonding portion is formed at an edge. When the inner surfaces of the edges of the bag-like material are thermally bonded to each other, the edge on the bottom wall side is thermally bonded to the bottom of the ship, and the lower portion of the riser portion of the bottom of the ship is cut off at the outer side of the thermally bonded portion to form a leg. May be formed.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an example of a bag-like container made by the manufacturing method of the present invention. This shows a state in which heat bonding is performed, the contents are filled, and the contents are sealed with the cap 22. In FIG. 1, the bag-like container 1 is composed of a pair of flat portions 2 facing each other, a pair of side wall portions 3 positioned between them and folded inward toward the inside, and a bottom wall portion covering one end thereof. The pair of plane portions 2 and the side wall portions 3 are thermally bonded at bonding portions 5 and 5 ', respectively, and the bottom wall portions are thermally bonded at bonding portions 6, 7, and 7'. When the bag-like container 1 is viewed from the front, the bottom side is thermally bonded to the bottom of the ship, and a rising portion 7 that connects the bonding portion 5 and the bonding portion 6 in an oblique direction is formed. The part appears to be formed.

A sheet constituting the bag-like container 1 is a multilayer laminate sheet, an example of which is shown below. In order from the outer layer, a biaxially stretched polyester film having a thickness of 15 μm and a melting point of about 245 ° C., a silica-deposited polyester film having a thickness of 12 μm, a stretched nylon film having a thickness of 15 μm, and an innermost layer having a thickness of 80 μm and having a melting point of heat. Adhesion temperature 140
A multilayer film was obtained by laminating a polyethylene film having a temperature of about 125 ° C. lower than about 100 ° C. In order to improve the gas barrier property, a 10 μm thick aluminum foil may be used instead of the 12 μm thick silica-deposited polyester film of the center layer.

FIGS. 2 to 4 show steps of manufacturing the bag-like container shown in FIG. FIG. 2 is a front view of the band-shaped multilayer laminate sheet 11 in which the bottom wall portion 4 is integrally formed at the center of the pair of flat portions 2 and 2 ′, and shows a state where the front side is the innermost layer. First, assuming a plurality of straight parallel folding lines 12, 12 ', 13, 13' and 14 transversely crossing the bottom wall 4 of the belt-shaped sheet 11 at quarters and using a push plate. Then, the boundary between the plane portions 2 and 2 ′ and the bottom wall portion 4 is trough-folded at the valley fold lines 12 and 12 ′ shown by dashed lines, and the valley fold lines 12 and 12 ′ and the center line 14 of the bottom wall portion 4 are formed. Are folded along the mountain fold lines 13 and 13 ′ indicated by two-dot chain lines between them, and folded so that the side surface shape becomes a pantograph shape.

The present invention uses a multilayer laminate sheet having at least a pair of flat portions and a bottom wall portion which form a bag-like container and integrated with the bottom wall portion, and uses only a straight parallel folding line to form the bottom wall portion. Since the sheet is folded, it is not necessary to add a folding habit to the thin sheet in advance, and the automation of manufacturing can be easily performed.
