The suction holes 52 and 53 serving as the second and third air mixing means are provided on the side wall of the delivery pipe 40 as appropriate and provided as an air passage for sucking outside air, that is, air into the pipe. These suction holes 52 and 53 are provided in the water flow pump means 20.
A negative pressure in the pipe caused by a strong water flow spouted vigorously from the pipe causes air outside the pipe to be sucked, so that the air suction force by the negative pressure acts on the side close to the water pump means 20, ie, the delivery pipe. It is arranged upstream of 40.

Although not shown, a belt-like ring is fitted to the intake holes 52 and 53 as an air-conditioning means capable of appropriately adjusting the amount of air to be sucked. By shifting the position of the band-shaped ring, the number of air-permeable intake holes may be increased or decreased.
In the first embodiment, since the water source 10 is a water supply in which the maximum flowing water amount and the water pressure are almost constant, the water flow pump means 20 and the first to third air according to the flowing water amount and the tap water pressure of the water source 10 are used. Adopts mixing means. For example,
The diameter of the hole is formed. Therefore, the air adjusting means as described above is not always necessary.

In the mesh passage section 60 as the second foaming means shown in the figure, a small-diameter cylinder 61 is disposed in the delivery pipe 40, and a mesh or net is formed inside and outside the cylinder of the small-diameter cylinder 61. The configuration has been applied. When the air / washing water passes through the nets inside and around the small-diameter cylindrical body 61, the mixed air and the washing liquid 21 promote foaming. In this example, by using the small-diameter cylindrical body 61, not only the washing running water is allowed to pass through the net, but the air
The efficiency of the foaming action is improved. However, it is of course also possible to simply adopt, for example, a configuration of passing through a multi-layered net.

Mesh passing portion 7 as third foaming means
Numeral 0 is disposed on the downstream end side of the delivery pipe 40, and is configured to simply allow the air / washing water to pass through the net 72. Using a finer mesh than the mesh of the mesh 62 of 60, the foam air-washing water generated and flowing down in the mesh passage section 60 as the second foaming means is converted to finer foam. It is a means to send out. In this embodiment, the second and third foaming means using a mesh are used. However, a plurality of foaming means (not shown) each having a gradually smaller mesh may be appropriately disposed.
