Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save handling time and labor by making a charging stand compatible with various models by using a small number of spacers. SOLUTION: The spacer consists of two pieces, the main spacer 10 and an adaptor 11. The main spacer 10 can be used alone as a spacer when secured on a charger stand. The main spacer 10 can be used together with an adaptor 16 to increase its thickness by providing a projection 16 for coupling the adaptor. Further, turning 180 deg. the adaptor 16 to attach to the main spacer 10 increases the thickness with the projection 16. Thus, the main spacer 10 and an adaptor 11 are used in three ways and can save the handling time and labor by making the charging stand compatible with various models by using a small number of spacers.

That is, in this method, spacers having different thicknesses are prepared, and these spacers are charged to the charging stand 1.
The number of the charging stands 1 to be prepared is reduced by fitting the opening 3 of the charging device 2 into the gap formed by the housing size of the device 2 to be charged so that the electrode of the device 2 to be charged can be pressed against the charging terminal 4. It is assumed that.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, according to the present invention, an opening for fitting a device to be charged is formed at an upper portion, a charging terminal is provided inside the opening, and the charging terminal is provided on the charging terminal. In order to press the electrode of the device to be charged inserted into the opening, the spacer for the charging stand to be inserted into the gap between the opening wall and the device to be charged, the spacer comprises a spacer piece main body and an adapter piece. In one of the spacer piece main body and the adapter piece, a recess symmetrical with respect to the up-down direction to be fitted into the opening is formed, and a fitting portion that fits into the recess is provided on the other, and the adapter piece is attached to the spacer piece body by 180. ° Rotation so that it can be detachably attached, and a plurality of protrusions formed shorter than the fitting portion are vertically or asymmetrically disposed on the spacer piece main body or the adapter piece. While the forms or Re is the employing the configuration provided with a cutout for the projection and fitting the other.

[0011] By adopting such a configuration, the spacer piece main body and the adapter piece can be attached by fitting the fitting portion into the concave portion. At this time, either the spacer piece main body or the adapter piece can be attached. Is fitted with the notch provided on the other side. This way,
The thickness can be increased by the amount of the adapter piece attached. Also, at this time, when the adapter piece is attached to the spacer piece body by rotating it by 180 °, the positions of the protrusion and the notch are provided asymmetrically in the vertical direction. Only the clogs are worn, and the thickness can be further increased.

This embodiment is configured as described above. When the adapter piece 11 is attached to the spacer piece main body 10 in the state shown in FIG. 2A, as shown in FIG. Projection 16 formed on pressing part 14
Fits into the notch 26 of the press contact portion 22 of the adapter piece 11. At this time, the projection 15 of the concave portion 13 of the spacer piece main body 10 fits into the fitting hole 23 on the opposite surface of the adapter piece 11 facing the concave portion 13, and the fitting portion 21 of the adapter piece 11 fits into the concave portion 13 of the spacer piece main body 10. And the claw member 18
Engages with the notch 17 of the spacer piece main body 10. Therefore, the adapter piece 11 does not protrude as shown in FIG. 3A, but the pressing portion 22 of the adapter piece 11 overlaps the pressing portion 14 of the spacer piece main body 10, and the thickness can be increased accordingly. .

When the adapter piece 11 is attached to the spacer piece main body 10 in the state shown in FIG. 2B in which the adapter piece 11 is rotated by 180 °, as shown in FIG.
The protrusion 16 formed on the zero pressing portion 14 contacts the contact portion 25 of the press contact portion 24 of the adapter piece 11. for that reason,
The fitting portion 21 of the adapter piece 11 fits into the recess 13 of the spacer piece body 10 with the adapter piece 11 protruding by the protrusion 16 formed on the spacer piece body 10, and the claw member 18 of the adapter piece 11 is Single body 10
With the notch 17 of the second member. At this time, the spacer piece main body 1
The protrusion 15 of the recess 13 is in contact with the facing surface of the adapter piece 11 facing the recess 13 and supports the contacted surface to increase the strength when pressed against the housing of the wireless device. for that reason,
The thickness of the press contact portion 22 of the adapter piece 11 can be increased by the protrusion 16 of the spacer piece main body 10 as compared with that of FIG. As described above, when the adapter piece 11 is used, the thickness can be changed in two ways.
