2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, there has been an interest in making nails beautiful from a cosmetic viewpoint. However, stains such as yellowing of nails are difficult to remove with ordinary solid or liquid soap, and it is difficult to impart gloss and smoothness to nails. Therefore, development of a nail-specific cleaning agent, so-called nail bleach, has been desired. Conventionally, as a nail-specific cleaning agent, a tablet-type cleaning agent which uses an anionic surfactant as a cleaning component and is dissolved in water or hot water is known. In order to further promote the solubility in water or hot water. In addition, a tablet type compounded with an organic acid and a carbonate which foam by an acid-base reaction is also known. However, they do not have sufficient washing action for yellowing of nails and the like, and improvement thereof is desired. Also,
Ammonium thioglycolate, ammonium bisulfite, 1,4-dithiothreitol, tetrakis (hydromethyl) phosphonium chloride, L-cysteine (N-acetylcysteine) having an action of partially reducing structural cystine in nail keratin A nail cleaner containing a reducing agent such as the above has also been proposed, and has been confirmed to be effective in cleaning yellowing of nails and fingers. By the way, instead of the purpose of cleaning, in order to impart gloss and smoothness to the nails, the nails are polished with a file or the like, or polished while massaging the nails with a cream or the like containing an abrasive or the like. ing. However, there is no known nail bleach that imparts gloss and smoothness to the nails at the same time as washing the nails,
In particular, there is no known nail cleaning agent that can clean a nail and impart gloss and smoothness to the nail only by immersing a finger in water or hot water in which the nail cleaning agent is dissolved. Also, recent women are more interested in fingertip care,
There is a need for a product that can easily care for nails and limbs.

The organic acids and carbonates used in the nail and limb cleaner of the present invention are foamed by an acid-base reaction by dissolving the nail and limb cleaner in water or hot water. In addition to improving the solubility, the cleaning action by the reducing agent or the like is improved, and furthermore, it acts to promote finger or nail bed blood circulation. In addition, the titanium oxide powder described later also acts to convect water or hot water so as to impart luster and smoothness to the nail by the polishing action. Examples of the organic acid include succinic acid, adipic acid, malic acid, citric acid, glutamic acid, fumaric acid, tartaric acid, and the like. Examples of the carbonate include sodium carbonate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, potassium carbonate and the like. The mixing ratio of these organic acids and carbonates is not particularly limited as long as carbon dioxide gas is generated when dissolved in water or hot water.
Although it can be appropriately selected, usually, the organic acid is preferably used in an amount of 10 to 45% by mass, particularly preferably 2% by mass, in the nail and limb cleaner.
0 to 40% by weight, while the carbonate is usually preferably in the tablet preferably 10 to 45% by weight, particularly preferably 20 to 4% by weight.

C formulated in the nail and limb cleaner of the present invention
In particular, MC and dextrin sufficiently exert the nail polishing action of the titanium oxide powder and maintain the polishing action. The dextrin is not particularly limited as long as it is usually a dextrin having an emulsifying and dispersing action. The mixing ratio of dextrin is usually preferably 0.1 to 30% by mass, particularly preferably 0.1 to 15% by mass in the nail and limb cleaning agent, and is usually about the same as the above titanium oxide powder. It is desirable to mix them. On the other hand, C
The compounding ratio of MC is usually 0.05 to 5% by mass, particularly preferably 0.5 to 5% by mass in the nail and limb cleaner.
1% by mass, usually 0.04 to
A 10-fold amount is desirable. When the mixing ratio of the CMC and the dextrin is small, the titanium oxide powder may settle as the foaming of the organic acid and the carbonate becomes weak, and the polishing effect may be reduced. On the other hand, when the amount is large, the moving speed of the titanium oxide powder in the liquid is reduced, and a desired polishing action may not be obtained. Therefore, the mixing ratio of CMC and dextrin is adjusted so that such a fear does not occur. It is preferable to appropriately select from the above range.

The nail and limb cleaner of the present invention is used by mixing powder, CMC and dextrin having a specific polishing action, in addition to a reducing agent having a cleaning action, and contacting it with water or hot water. As a result, a carbonate and an organic acid are generated in such an amount that carbon dioxide is generated, and, if necessary, a granular saccharide or a humectant filled with a high-pressure gas is added. By simply immersing the fingers or hands and feet in water or hot water in which is dissolved, it is possible to simultaneously wash the nails and the like and to impart gloss and smoothness to the nails, and furthermore to obtain a moisturizing effect.

EXAMPLES Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to Examples and Comparative Examples, but the present invention is not limited thereto. Examples 1 to 3 and Comparative Examples 1 to 7 Powdery nail and limb cleaners each comprising 5 g of the active ingredient shown in Table 1 were prepared. The granular saccharides in Table 1 used were granular saccharides manufactured by Meiji Seika, containing sucrose, lactose and dextrin, and in which high-pressure gas was sealed. Next, the obtained nail and limb cleaning agent was dissolved in 200 ml of hot water at 40 ° C., and then the hands were put into the hot water, and the hands were slowly moved up and down for 5 minutes for washing. A panel test of 20 persons was conducted on the change in the yellowing state of the nail before and after washing, the gloss and smoothness of the nail, and the moist feeling (moisturizing effect).
Table 1 shows the results. The evaluation was made out of 5 points, and the average score of a panel of 20 persons for each nail and limb cleaner was used as the evaluation result.
