In the above-mentioned conventional heat insulating cylinder, after the tube is wrapped in a cylindrical body at the work site, an adhesive is applied to the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical body to adhere the skin material. Work to adhere to the agent. After that, after wrapping the tube with the cylindrical body of another heat insulation tube, the projecting piece of another heat insulation tube is overlaid on the surface of the skin material of the heat insulation tube attached earlier, and the work of sticking with adhesive tape By performing the process continuously, the entire tube is covered with a heat insulating tube. Further, in order to prevent intrusion of rainwater or the like from the butt ends of the heat retaining cylinders, it is necessary to seal the outer periphery of the butt ends with a tape. The work of attaching the heat retaining cylinder is performed manually, which is troublesome and increases the cost, so that improvement has been desired.

In this embodiment, when the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical main body 12 is wrapped with the skin material 13, a part of the cylindrical main body 12 protrudes from the skin material 13, and a part of the cylindrical main body 12 that has protruded. Is inserted into the cylinder formed by the protruding piece 13b of the skin material 13 that has protruded to the end of another heat insulation cylinder 11, and the skin material 13
Since it is possible to overlap each other without overlapping each other, when a plurality of heat insulating cylinders 11 are overlapped and continued, another heat insulating cylinder 1
The overhanging piece 13b provided in the first axial direction is superimposed on the surface of the tubular body 12 of the heat retaining cylinder 11 attached first and is adhered with the adhesive tape 16b, so that it can be formed on a flat outer peripheral surface without unevenness. . Also in this case, since the outer circumferential direction is double-fixed and the cylindrical fixing is firmly performed, the axial attachment is difficult to be peeled off even with a single fixing, such as rainwater from the butt end of the heat retaining cylinders 1. Therefore, a tape for sealing the outer periphery of the butt end is unnecessary.

1. A thermal insulation cylinder comprising a glass fiber tubular body enclosing a pipe and a skin material provided on an outer peripheral surface of the tubular body, wherein the tubular body is cut in an axial direction, and the skin material is cut off. The axial dimension is formed to be equal to or larger than the axial dimension of the tubular main body, and the outer peripheral dimension is formed larger than the outer peripheral dimension of the tubular main body,
A locking piece having an adhesive layer on the back surface is adhered to the outer circumferential end and protrudes from the end of the skin material, and the skin material is bonded to the outer circumferential surface of the tubular main body to open and close in the axial direction. In this joined state, one end in the axial direction of the skin material protrudes from the axial end of the cylindrical body, and one end in the outer circumferential direction of the skin material. Protrudes from the outer circumferential end of the cylindrical body, an adhesive tape is provided along the axial direction at the other end in the outer circumferential direction, and the skin material can be adhered to each other with this adhesive tape,
The heat retaining cylinder is characterized in that the locking piece can be adhered to a joint at the surface of the skin material formed at the time of adhesion.
