【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】リール本体に前後動可能に設けられたメイ
ンシャフトの外側に、ハンドルの回転により回転するピ
ニオン軸筒が回転可能に嵌合され、前記ピニオン軸筒の
外側に同軸筒と一体回転するように内輪が嵌合され、前
記リール本体には内輪の外側に位置する外輪が回転不能
に固定され、これら両輪の間に、該両輪に食い込んで楔
作用する位置と、該両輪の間で遊転して楔作用しない位
置とを取り得る複数の転がり部材を保持するリテーナー
を回動可能に介在すると共に、前記リテーナーを回動さ
せて転がり部材を楔作用する位置と、楔作用しない位置
とに移動保持する操作機構と連結する操作杆をリテーナ
ーに設けてなるスピニングリールの逆転防止装置におい
て、前記リテーナーは少なくとも前記転がり部材が楔作
用をする位置に前記操作機構にて切換え時に回動される
所定回動位置よりも付勢手段により更に楔作用する方向
に付勢可能にされていることを特徴とするスピニングリ
ールの逆転防止装置。
