る。2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a means for connecting a flat flexible wiring member having a plurality of conductors arranged at predetermined intervals in a width direction to a circuit board, for example, the flexible wiring member is provided on the circuit board. There is known a connector mounted with a connector to which a terminal unit is coupled. That is, FIG.
As shown in FIG. 5, in a state where the terminal 84 is installed in the terminal accommodating portion 82 provided in the housing 80 of the connector 31, the terminal portion of the flexible wiring member 40 whose one surface is processed so that a part of the conductor 41 is exposed is , As shown in FIG.
The connector 31 is inserted into the housing 80. Next, as shown in FIG. 5C, by fitting a slider 90 having a tongue piece 92 for pressing the wiring material to the housing 80, the terminal portion of the flexible wiring material 40 is moved upward by the tongue piece 92. The flexible wiring member 40 and the connector 31 are connected while being pressed to bring the conductor 41 into contact with the conductor contact portion 83 of the terminal 84.

The terminal portion of the flexible wiring member 40 having a part exposed on one surface is placed in a terminal accommodating portion 82 formed in the housing 80 of the connector 31, and the slider 90 is fitted to the housing 80. In the coupling structure in which the terminal 84 provided in the portion 82 is brought into contact with the conductor 41 exposed at the terminal of the flexible wiring member 40, the terminal 84 and the conductor 41 are brought into contact in an appropriate state. In this case, it is necessary to insert the terminal of the flexible wiring member 40 straight to the contact position in the housing 80.

It is difficult to confirm whether or not it is inserted straight. For this reason, when the insertion position of the flexible wiring member 40 is improper in a half-inserted state or in an oblique insertion state in which the insertion angle of the flexible wiring member 40 with respect to the housing 80 is inclined,
When the slider 90 is fitted to the housing 80, there is a problem that a contact failure between the terminal 84 and the conductor 41 is likely to occur.

Even when the flexible wiring member 40 is properly contacted, the contact state is maintained only by the pressing force of the tongue piece 92.
When the wire is pulled outward by a strong force, there is a problem that the contact position between the terminal 84 and the conductor 41 shifts to cause a contact failure, and the flexible wiring member 40 is easily pulled out of the housing 80.

The hole 5 and the projection 1 serve as positioning means for adjusting the width direction position of each conductor 3 and the terminal 8 disposed in the housing 6.
The use of 4 can effectively prevent the occurrence of poor contact due to the displacement of the conductors 3 and the terminals 8 in the width direction.

Since the plurality of protrusions 14 corresponding to the holes 5 are formed on the slider 7, the conductors 3 are not broken when the holes 5 are formed at the ends of the flexible wiring member 1. When the slider 7 is fitted, the plurality of protrusions 14 are engaged with the respective holes 5 to firmly connect the flexible wiring member 1 and the slider 7, and the connection state between the flexible wiring member 1 and the housing 6. There is an advantage that can be maintained stably. Therefore, in addition to the effects of reliably preventing the occurrence of poor contact due to the terminal portion of the flexible wiring member 1 being in a half-inserted state or an obliquely inserted state as described above, and preventing the flexible wiring member 1 from coming off. In addition, even when vibration, heat, shock, or the like acts in the fitted state, the effect of suppressing the movement of the contact point and improving the contact reliability can be obtained.

In this case, the terminal portion of the flexible wiring member 1 can be reinforced by the reinforcing plate to provide shape retention, and only the reinforcing plate can be provided without forming a hole in the main body of the flexible wiring member 1. A structure in which the holes 5 are formed can be provided. Therefore, there is an advantage that the hole 5 can be formed at an arbitrary position without causing a problem that the conductor 3 disposed in the flexible wiring member 1 is broken.

Since the protrusions formed on the slider are formed on the slider, the terminals disposed in the housing of the connector and the conductor provided on the terminal portion of the flexible wiring member can be brought into proper contact with each other with a simple configuration. The contact state can be stably maintained.
