Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a throw-away hemostatic bandage which makes a hemostat ic member hardly slippable from an affected part, is user-friendly and has excel lent safety as compared with the conventional bandages which are frequently reused. SOLUTION: This throw-away hemostatic bandage has a hemostatic member 1 which consists preferably of a polyolefinic foam and a stretchable bandage 2 (more preferably a polyurethane nonwoven fabric) which has a skin adhesive portion 25 provided with an adhesive layer 23 at one end edge 21 in a longitudinal direction and has a fixing portion 26 provided with an adhesive layer 24 at the other end edge 22. The hemostatic member is disposed at an edge 28 adjacent to the skin adhesive portion.

2. Description of the Related Art In general, dialysis needles and blood transfusion needles used for artificial dialysis and blood transfusion are thicker than injection needles used for blood collection during mass screening, so that a large amount of bleeding is caused, and gauze is applied to a portion from which the needle is removed. It is necessary to stop and stop bleeding strongly. Conventionally, for example, in the case of using a surgical tape, since it is not easy to hold down, it has to be wrapped around the affected part such as an arm multiple times and widely, not only is the work complicated, but also the bleeding material of the adhesive is This is a cause of rough skin, and has become a serious problem particularly for people with sensitive skin such as dialysis patients.

[0003] When a bandage having Magic Tape (registered trademark) at both ends is used, the magic tape is not coated with an adhesive, so that there is no problem such as the above-mentioned surgical tape. It is difficult to stop the bleeding by properly holding the blood, and it tends to be recycled because it is expensive, but there are cases where it is used by others with blood attached. There was a problem. In particular, for example, when blood from a patient with fulminant hepatitis B or hepatitis C to which blood is adhered is used again, an alarming situation may be caused.

It is preferably about 0 to 120 g / m 2 in that it is light and can exhibit the above characteristics more. The width varies depending on the affected area, but is usually 10 to 50 mm, preferably 25 to 40 mm.
Degree. The base material of the elastic bandage is not particularly limited, but can have the above characteristics, and is inexpensive.
Polyurethane nonwovens are particularly preferred.

[0008] The material of the hemostatic member used in the present invention is not particularly limited as long as it has at least a little blood absorbability and retention after adhesion. Foams, polystyrene foams, polyurethane foams, vinyl chloride foams, etc., include foam processability, moderate hardness for contacting and adhering to skin, blood absorbency, and cost. From the overall viewpoint such as the above, a polyolefin foam, particularly a polyethylene foam is preferably used.

When the height of the hemostatic member is too low, pressure is not easily applied to the affected part, so that the hemostatic effect is poor.
m is preferable, and 10 to 15 mm is more preferable.
In addition, it is preferable that the corners of the portion that comes into contact with the skin and the portion around which the bandage is wound have appropriate roundness (see FIG. 1). The width is usually 5 to 20 mm, and 8 to 15 m
In the case of m, fixation is stable and particularly preferable. If the hemostatic member is too soft, the hemostatic effect is poor, and if it is too hard, the skin feels painful. Therefore, in the case of polyethylene foam, the expansion ratio is usually 3 to 10 times, preferably 5 to 10 times.

For example, the expansion ratio is 3 to 10 times, preferably 5 to 10 times, and the height is 3 to 15 mm, preferably 10 to 10 times.
A polyethylene foam of 15 mm and a width of 5-15 mm (the dimensions of the other pieces are the same as the width of the elastic bandage), preferably 5-10 mm, is preferably used as the hemostatic member.

In the present invention, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is provided on the skin bonding portion and the fixing portion, but this pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is not necessarily a layer uniformly formed on the outer surface of the base material of the elastic bandage. For example, if it is possible to adhere to the skin by pressing or fix the elastic bandage, the base material of the elastic bandage may be partially impregnated in the base material. Such a pressure-sensitive adhesive is not particularly limited, and a conventionally known pressure-sensitive adhesive of a natural rubber type, a synthetic rubber type or an acrylic resin type can be used, and one having an adhesive force of 1.5 to 6 N / 19 mm is preferably used. Is done.

When the coating amount of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer having the above-mentioned pressure-sensitive adhesive strength is set to 20 to 50 μm, the pressure-sensitive adhesive strength to the skin becomes the most appropriate, and the adhesiveness on the back surface of the fixing portion is improved. In particular, when 0.5 to 3 parts by weight of an isocyanate compound is blended as a crosslinking agent with respect to 100 parts by weight of an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer excellent in durability and penetrability into a substrate is formed. In a state where the adhesive layer 23 is exposed by peeling off the adhesive layer 23, the adhesive layer 23 is attached to the affected part adjacent to the hemostatic member 1 while applying the hemostatic member 1 to the skin so as to come to the affected part from which the needle has been removed. After the elastic bandage 2 is wound a few times while being slightly stretched, the release paper 32 of the fixing portion 26 is peeled off to remove the adhesive layer 2.
4 was pressed against the back of the elastic bandage 2 and adhered and fixed.

The fixing portion 26 was not peeled off from the elastic bandage 2 or the position of the hemostatic member 1 was not shifted, and the hemostatic property was extremely good. In addition, there was no occurrence of skin rash or rough skin.

(Comparative Example) When a surgical tape is used, it is difficult to press on the arm, so it must be wrapped around the affected part of the arm or the like multiple times and widely. (Comparative Example 1). In addition, when a bandage provided with a magic tape at both ends was used, it was difficult to accurately hold the portion from which the needle was removed (Comparative Example 2). Table 1 summarizes the hemostatic properties, skin roughness, skin swelling and rash, and the presence or absence of peeling at the end of the bandage in Examples 1 and 2 and Comparative Examples 1 and 2.

The disposable hemostatic bandage of the present invention is constructed as described above and is disposable. Therefore, the bandage is much safer than a bandage provided with magic tape at both ends, which is often reused. It is high, and the skin adhesive portion is provided at a position adjacent to the hemostatic member, so that the hemostatic member is hardly displaced from the affected part, and it is not necessary to wrap the bandage over and over as in the case of using a surgical tape. It is good and practically has a great effect without causing rough skin or rash. Further, when the hemostatic member is a polyolefin-based foam and the elastic bandage is a polyurethane-based nonwoven fabric, the above-described effects can be more reliably achieved, and the bandage for disposable hemostatic can be provided at low cost. Further, when a release layer is laminated on the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, it becomes more convenient to use.
