However, in a conventional battery pack using a lithium ion secondary battery, the connection plate 3 or the connection member 4 is connected to the circuit board 2 by soldering means. There are various problems as described above. That is, since the soldering work is performed manually by a worker because it is difficult to mechanize, not only the number of work steps is increased and the manufacturing cost is increased, but also connection errors and connection failures are easily generated, Further, troubles such as generation of solder balls and burning around the control circuit of the circuit board 2 due to thermal influence or short circuit of the circuit board 2 due to a soldering iron during soldering work are likely to occur.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 11 and 12, soldering of the connection plate 3 and the connection member 4 to the circuit board 2 is intended to facilitate the soldering operation.
Since the connection piece 3a of the connection plate 3 or the connection piece 4a of the connection member 4 is inserted into the circuit board 2 and the operation is performed on the opposite side of the cell 1 in the circuit board 2, the side of the pack case to which the circuit board 2 is soldered is used. Requires a space corresponding to the amount of protrusion of the connection pieces 3a and 4a, and this dead space is a factor that hinders miniaturization and thinning of the battery pack. Further, when the circuit board 2 is removed for maintenance and inspection or replacement, soldering and soldering work are required, which increases the number of man-hours and causes the above-mentioned problem every time the soldering work is performed. There is a risk.

After the circuit board 2 is inserted into the connection terminal plate 12 to the position as described above, the circuit board 2 is then moved to the contact terminal strip as shown by the arrow in FIG. By pivoting downward with the contact point with 14 as a fulcrum, one end side portion is brought into contact with the contact piece 16. As a result, as shown in FIG. 3B, the circuit board 2 applies a restoring force to the connection lands (not shown) by pressing the contact terminal pieces 14 downward to bend them. The contact portion 14a is pressed into contact with the contact portion 14a to ensure electrical connection, and the locking piece 19 is engaged in the locking hole 2a to prevent the connection terminal plate 12 from coming off. At the same time, the circuit board 2
Is positioned at a predetermined relative position with respect to the connection terminal plate 12, so that the contact portion 14a of the contact terminal piece 14 reliably contacts the connection land of the circuit board 2.

Further, as shown in FIG. 1, when the circuit board 2 is rotated to the horizontal state, the other end of the circuit board 2 gets over the locking projection 7e of the case body 7a while bending it. Later, it engages releasably. As a result, the circuit board 2 has one end sandwiched between the contact terminal piece 14 and the guide piece 18 and the other end pressed against the locking projection 7e from below by a restoring force due to bending of the contact terminal piece 14. As a result, the horizontal state is reliably maintained. On the other hand, at the time of maintenance and inspection or replacement of the circuit board 2, the above operation is performed in the reverse order, so that the circuit board 2 can be very easily and quickly taken out.

Therefore, in this battery pack, the circuit board 2 can be attached by a substantially one-touch operation of inserting the circuit board 2 between the contact terminal piece 14 and the guide piece 18 and then turning it down. Due to the pressure contact of the terminal strips 14, the electrical connection to the unit cells 1 via the lead wires 11 is ensured. When the circuit board 2 is to be removed for maintenance or replacement, the other end of the circuit board 2 is lifted so as to disengage from the locking projection 7e, and then the circuit board 2 is moved to the guide piece 18. On the other hand, it can be easily and quickly performed by almost one-touch operation in which the user pivots upward to a position parallel to the contact terminal and then pulls out from between the contact terminal piece 14 and the guide piece 18. Moreover, with this battery pack,
Various problems caused by soldering in the conventional battery pack can be completely eliminated.
