Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and efficiently perform a large amount of works for exchanging sheets for covering mattresses in a hospital, a sanatorium, or the like, and to shorten time for works related to collection and delivery and washing. SOLUTION: Colored threads are sewn by a required length along the longitudinal direction from both ends in the longitudinal direction at a specified position from one end side in the width direction of a rectangular sheet fabric 3 being formed longer and wider than the mattress 1 to be covered in the hospital, and by folding both ends in the longitudinal direction to the back surface side, the sheet is partitioned in a sheet surface part 5 and a back surface covering part 6 and the sheet surface part 5 and both ends in the width direction positioned on both ends in the longitudinal direction of the back surface covering part 6 form mattress inserting parts 8 by freely removably fitting parts 7, and there exist no-sleeve opening parts 9 transversely opened on both ends in the width direction by forming the mattress inserting parts 8, and on both end sides in the width direction of the sheet surface part 5, outsides from the mattress are constituted as side laid-in parts 10.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a sheet to be mounted on a mattress on a bed, and more particularly to a sheet having a considerable number of sheets per day.
The present invention relates to a hospital sheet suitable for use in a facility such as a hospital or a nursing home where a change operation is required.

2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, hospital-acquired infections caused by MRSA (mesicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus) have spread in hospitals,
Hospitalized patients have been infected and some have died. Mesitiline is a drug developed to reduce bacteria that penicillin does not work, but some bacteria do not die even with this antibiotic,
The development of new antibiotics and repeated bacterial resistance continued, and now it is a multi-drug Staphylococcus aureus that does not work with various antibiotics, even healthy people are detected from the nostrils etc. Infection of patients with low resistance but severe resistance causes severe infections such as pneumonia and sepsis, so disinfection and examination are important conditions as preventive measures.

[0003] Due to the above-mentioned situation, cleanliness is required, and mattresses and pats need to be washed and disinfected. Therefore, the structure is shifting to a compact and lightweight structure that is easy to operate. Conventionally, a flat sheet (a flat sheet) is used on a mattress. In this method, the mattress is put on by putting a pad and a cotton duvet on the mattress, covering the sheet with it, and laying the four edges under the mattress. It took a long time to lay it alone, and now it takes two people.

Hospital mattresses are made of materials such as springs, solid cotton, palm and urethane, and have various thicknesses and widths. For this reason, the conventional sheet uses a flat sheet, but in this case, since the mattress is reduced in weight, the workability is extremely poor when replaced by one person, and the replacement is performed by two people. In addition, sheet exchange at the hospital is once a week, but when you turn over, the sheet tends to wrinkle,
It takes time for the nurse to fix it. Furthermore, the position where the sheet is placed on the mattress is a guide, and if the sheet is not adjusted to an appropriate position, the laying width on the rim side cannot be taken, and it will be turned up or slipped during use. There's a problem.

For this reason, an excessively large sheet, which is almost twice as large as the mattress, has been used for the mattress so that the mattress can be excessively laid around the mattress. In addition, there is also the problem of increased water supply and sewage.

As a countermeasure, a box type sheet (same shape as a vinyl cap used when a woman showers) is used. The box-type sheet can be wrapped when put on a mattress because it has rubber underneath, making it easier and quicker to work alone than a flat sheet. When using an iron (sheet roller for business use) after washing, the sheet roll passes steam through a hot plate and stretches wrinkles while rolling up the sheet with the roller. However, there is a problem that when a sheet is inserted between the rollers, the rubber is present and the wrinkles do not grow.

Therefore, the rectangular sheet is folded back at both ends in the longitudinal direction and sewn. When the sheet is inserted into the sheet roll from one end in the longitudinal direction, the tubular folded portion at the other end is used. There was a problem that it hangs down and becomes wrinkled.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, and the conventional sheet exchange requires two people and requires time and effort. It is suitable for the user without being rolled up or slipped off, and it takes only half the time compared to the conventional flat sheet and box type sheet for washing and picking up. It is an object of the present invention to provide an economical hospital sheet that can be shortened.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention, which is designed to solve the above-mentioned problems, has a rectangular sheet (woven, knitted, or woven) which is longer and wider than a mattress used in a hospital. (The warp knitting, weft knitting, non-woven fabric, etc.) from one end in the width direction to the desired length along the longitudinal direction from both ends in the longitudinal direction at a predetermined position, and sew a colored thread to the required length on the back side. By folding back only, the sheet surface portion and the back surface cover portion are defined, and both widthwise ends located at both longitudinal ends of the sheet surface portion and the back surface cover portion are engaged by detachable engaging means. The mattress insertion part is formed by attaching the mattress insertion part, and a sleeve-like opening which opens laterally at both ends in the width direction is formed by forming the mattress insertion part. Both sides lay outside the mattress sideways Consisting of those configured as.

FIG. 6 is an enlarged side view of the mattress 1 covered with the sheet 2, and the mattress has been inserted so that the sleeve-like opening is opened sideways. Since the folded portion is formed in the form of a sleeve, even if a thin mattress is covered with a bed pad and a cotton quilt and the sheet is covered with a thick one, the folded portion is formed in a noose form. Irrespective of the thickness of the mattress, the mattress can be inserted and covered to the depth of the folded portion.

One person can easily and quickly perform the exchanging operation, and is excellent in workability and can be covered with a good finish. (2) Since the sheet can be accurately positioned at a predetermined position with respect to the mattress by the color thread sewing portion, there is no need to use an excessively large sheet fabric as in the prior art. The manufacturing cost, the amount of washing, the water charge for washing, and the amount of sewage can be reduced. (3) Since the detachable engaging portion is formed, even when the iron (for sheet roll business) is inserted in the washing operation, the folded portion is removed by removing the engaging portion at the lower portion in the sheet longitudinal direction. Can be prevented from sagging and wrinkles can be prevented. (4) By forming the back cover portion and the noose-like opening portion, it is possible to cover the mattress in various thicknesses.
