Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a vacuum heat insulated tank adapted to effectively use solar hear for conservation of the global environment in a general atmospheric air by using experiences of the inventor on seam-welding machines, experiences in manufacturing and supplying welding machines for seam-sealing welding of stainless steel sheet metals, experiences in supplying seam-welding machines used for manufacturing vacuum heat insulated vessels in a vacuum tank and other experiences. SOLUTION: According to the method, no limitation is imposed on capacity and complicated equipment is not required for manufacture. From the viewpoint of applications, sun-shining time can be used more effectively than in case of the prior arts. In response to this development, solar water heaters will be rapidly developed and the time when general houses are provided with them will come. Only simple works such as laying of rubber hoses on a roof or the like is required as a very simple means for extracting hot water for utilization. This will prompt the utilization of the solar heat.

Conventionally, there were the following drawbacks. (A) Since a welding machine was put in a vacuum chamber and vacuum sealing was performed, an enormous amount of equipment was provided. ) Working in a vacuum chamber limited the thickness of the product. (C) The hot water produced by the solar heat had nothing to see in the reservoir, so it was often used only during the solar irradiation period. (D) Vacuum insulated containers were only small, and there was not enough to store solar hot water. (E) In order to increase the use of solar heat, it was the rule of efficiency to prepare inexpensive containers capable of storing as much water as possible. The present invention has been made to eliminate these drawbacks. It is.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Embodiments of the present invention will be described below. FIG. 1 shows a side sectional view of a completed state.
Is the inner cylinder (2) is the outer cylinder (3) is the upper inner head plate,
The end plate is shaped like a tray with the edge of a circular plate bent, and has a small hole in the center for attaching FIGS. 2 and 3 (4) is an upper outer end plate (5) is a lower inner end plate (6) is a lower external head plate, and the parts described with reference to FIGS. 2, 3 and 6 are described in detail in a separate detailed drawing, but the upper part is a water inlet and the lower part is a water outlet. In the figure, the part marked with * indicates that the two overlapping plates of each part are sealed and sealed by seam welding, and the inner and outer cylindrical spaces formed by this and the upper and lower The air in the space between the two end plates is evacuated from the place shown in FIG. 6 to form a vacuum. 2 and 3, the figures being assembled, please refer to FIG. 1, FIG. 2 shows a state in which a water intake is attached, (7) is a body of the intake and meat Thick circular upper part has a threaded projection, the lower projection shows a state where the entire circumference has been welded to the inner head plate (3), and has a hole through which water passes in the center, and a pipe in the hole. (1
3) is attached as shown in the figure, and the warm water entering from the upper part passes through this pipe and enters the inner cylinder of (1), (9) is an exhaust port, (10) is a tightening nut, and (11) is The packing (12) is a washer. The three parts are the same as in FIG. 3, so the body (7), the number of which is omitted in FIG. 3, is attached to the head plate together with the above parts and a nut (10). FIG. 3 shows a water outlet, and the mounting method is the same as that of FIG. 2, but the water pipe (13) and the exhaust port (9) are not mounted on the lower body (8). Others are the same as FIG. 4 is a diagram in which the inner end plates (3) and (5) to which the water mouth main body is welded are attached to the cylinder (1), and the portions marked with * are circumferentially welded by seam welding. Like this,
Form a water tank to accommodate the water inlet and outlet. At this time, as shown in the figure, the upper and lower water outlet bodies (7). It is manufactured so that the height of the circular portion of (8) is the same as the depth of the head plate. Referring to FIG. 5, the figure shows the upper and lower parts of the assembled state of FIG.
0) It is a figure tightly sealed with packing (11) and washer (12). Like this, the mounting method is exactly the same both up and down,
FIGS. 2 and 3 show a state in which the inner and outer end plates are fixed and sealed to each other. Referring again to FIG. 1, the figure is a view in which what was made in FIG. 5 is inserted into the outer cylinder (2), which is previously shown in FIG. 6 of the outer cylinder (2) at the time of this assembly. At this position, the mounting seat (14) with a screw hole is to be welded and placed. In this assembled state, the upper external head plate (4) and the lower external head plate (6) are the outer cylinder (2). * Overlaps with
If the position of the mark is circumferentially welded by seam welding, the space between the inner cylinder (1) and the outer cylinder (2) is hermetically sealed except for the position in FIG. A needle valve shown in FIG. 6 is attached to the mounting seat (14) to provide an air outlet. The attached state is shown in detail in FIG. 6, which will be described with reference to FIG. The needle valve body having the structure shown in the figure (15) is firmly attached to the mounting seat (14) shown in FIG. 1 showing the needle valve, the stopper (18) is removed, and the vacuum pump is attached here, with a screw. The needle valve (16) is turned to open the valve to suck out air, and when an appropriate vacuum is reached, sealing is performed in the reverse order until the stopper (18) is attached. 20) is a vacuum sealing process for preventing air leakage from the needle valve (16). If suction is performed from the position of FIG. 6 in the state of FIG. 1).
The air in the space (2) is to be sucked. Next, the upper and lower ends of the inner cylinder (1) are on the upper surface and the lower surface of the upper external head (4).
The lower part is merely in contact with the upper surface of the lower outer end plate (6) and is not in a sealed state. Therefore, air can flow therethrough. Therefore, if air in the inner and outer cylindrical spaces is sucked, In this case, the air in the space between the upper and lower end plates should be sucked at the same time. If the needle valve is opened and sucked from the position shown in FIG. 6 in this manner, the air in the four spaces in FIG. Can be aspirated centrally, and once a suitable vacuum has been reached in this manner, the vacuum is sealed by tightening the needle valve (16).

Advantages of the Invention (a) Since it can be manufactured at a general atmospheric pressure, the equipment cost is lower than that of the conventional container. (B) Even a container having a larger capacity than these conventional containers,
Can be manufactured. (C) Therefore, a large amount of heat can be used and accumulated during the solar irradiation period. (D) Hot water made during the day can be used at night. (E) It can also be used for hot water tanks with cheap nighttime electricity. (F) Because it can be manufactured in a general factory, it can be made relatively cheap. (G) It is thought that the solar water heater will be further developed if it succeeds.
