載できず、もし、その容器の中身と異なる記事を、宣伝
広告等のために併記した場合は、商品や品質等の誤認混
同や違和感を生ずる恐れがあるため印刷表示できない欠
点があった。そこで本発明者は、従来と同じように製造
販売されている内容物を入れた前記紙コップ状容器製品
の使用時に、前記紙コップ状容器に外嵌する、前記断熱

プ状容器の内部、蓋上又は外底凹部に収納できるので、
従来の紙コップ状容器の包装と共に包装できる利点があ
り、使用時には紙コップ状容器の胴部に外嵌して、容器
及び内容物の 高温又は低温を避けて確実に手持ちで
き、また、紙コップ状容器の胴部に外嵌したときは、容
器底面積より広い面積のため卓上に置けばコップ状容器
の直立安定性を増大させる利点がある。なお、注目すべ

格上、他の商品の広告宣伝等がしにくい欠点があった

容器と別個に量産できるので、極めて安価に提供できる
