Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate housing case where a substrate is prevented from being caught and fixed to a prescribed position when it is housed in a case while guided by a guide rib. SOLUTION: A substrate housing case 10 is provided where a substrate housing part 16 is provided which comprises an open end 14 at one end and houses a substrate 12, and the substrate 12 is guided and inserted by a guide rib 18 protruding between the substrate housing part 16 and the open end 14 before being fixed on the substrate housing part 16. The guide rib 18 comprises a tapered part 18a where the thickness from the wall surface of the substrate housing case increases as advancing from the open end 14 to the substrate housing part 16, a bent part 18b which is bent with a prescribed curvature (r) in cross section and continues to the tapered part 18a, and a vertical part 18c formed between the bent part and the substrate housing part.

According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a semiconductor device having an opening end at least at one end and a substrate accommodating portion for accommodating a substrate therein. In the substrate housing case, which is inserted while being guided by guide ribs provided between the substrate housing portion and the opening end and is fixed on the substrate housing portion, the guide ribs extend from the opening end toward the substrate housing portion. A tapered portion whose thickness from the wall surface of the substrate housing case is enlarged, a curved portion continuous with the tapered portion while being curved at a predetermined curvature in a cross-sectional view, and the curved portion and the substrate housing portion. And a vertical portion formed therebetween.

The tapered portion is configured so that its thickness is increased from the opening end toward the substrate accommodating portion, and a curved portion which is curved at a predetermined curvature in a sectional view and is continuous with the tapered portion is provided. Therefore, when the substrate is guided by the guide ribs and accommodated in the substrate accommodating case, the guide ribs can be prevented from being caught, and the substrate can be positioned and fixed on the substrate accommodating portion as expected.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, the substrate has a thickness t and is screwed with a screw having a length 1 to be fixed on the substrate accommodating portion, and the tapered portion and the vertical portion are viewed in cross section. The distance between the intersection formed by the intersection of the two when virtually extended in and the vertical portion is x,
Further, when the length of the vertical portion is c, the shapes of the tapered portion, the curved portion, and the vertical portion are determined so that x ≧ l-ct.

Referring to FIG. 3 and FIG.
The relationship between the dimensions a, b, c, r, and t of each part shown in FIG. 4 is expressed as follows. tan θ = a / (b− (c + x)) (1) The relationship between x and θ is expressed as follows. x = r · sin (θ / 2) When this is rearranged for r, it is expressed as follows. r = x / sin (θ / 2) (2)

Here, x is the tapered portion 18a and the vertical portion 18
This is the intersection formed by the intersection of the two when c is virtually extended in a cross-sectional view, that is, the distance between the point D shown in FIG. 4 and the vertical portion 18c. In the above equations (1) and (2),
When x is determined, the curvature r of the bending portion 18b and the range (angle) θ in which the bending portion 18b is provided are uniquely determined. Therefore, Expressions (1) and (2) are dependent functions of x. is there.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, the thickness of the tapered portion is increased from the opening end toward the substrate accommodating portion, and the tapered portion is curved at a predetermined curvature in a sectional view. The tapered portion is provided with a curved portion, so that when the substrate is guided by the guide ribs and housed in the substrate housing case, the guide ribs are prevented from being caught and the substrate is positioned and fixed on the substrate housing portion as expected. can do.

In the second aspect, the shapes of the tapered portion, the curved portion, and the vertical portion are determined so as to satisfy the conditional expression (x ≧ l−ct). In such a case, screwing cannot be performed, so that it is possible to easily detect that the board is caught, and to take necessary measures such as reinserting the board.
